I met BamBam yesterday when he was kind enough to let me join in his meet with TallFitLdn. He is a really lovely rookie wrestler, who is equal parts humble and feisty. He's clearly willing to learn and improve his technique and we had a really enjoyable afternoon of rolling, with both of us getting the upper hand at various points.
For his size, he is strong and has great stamina. He has advantages in that he is able to move quick and that his flexibility means that he can take some decent punishment! Despite being a relative newbie, he looks right at home getting to grips with the big guys on the mats.
Off the mats, he is genuine, polite and interesting. I hope we get to meet again, though as he continues to grow in skill and confidence I have no doubt he's going to be a formidable opponent. Definitely one to watch and the highest of recommendations from me!
Two years on from our initial meeting, it was time to leave the trash talking behind and step onto the mats to settle something of a lingering grudge. I was pleased to introduce BBR to Walthamstow Mat Room, and to throw him around it for the best part of 90 minutes. This was always going to be full-on and competitive and I think he had slightly underestimated what he was in for. It didn't take long for his suffering to begin, and after the first tap, they kept coming. I have to say that he put up an incredible fight, kept coming back for more and really, really wanted to win - but he was choked out and punched down several times. BBR is a great friend, a fantastic opponent and with this commitment will be a formidable opponent to a guy nearer his own stats. I was pleased to be able to award him a singlet as a consolation prize ;-)

Got to meet fingers on the mats and boy was it fun! Conversing off the mats, there was a few signs of the difference in our strength: his bulging biceps and chest pressing against his t-shirt, a passing comment about the heavy weights he was lifting the other day, the sheer, uncovered size of his muscles once we were facing each other on the mats...
Nevertheless, we exchanged a few holds to warm up, learning a few new tricks, and then the real fight started. Long, sweaty rolls with a lot of action, and a good amount of back and forth. He kindly showed me what it was to suffer in a magistral bearhug/grapevine and I made sure to repay the favour when I had the chance to make him tap 😈
It was a memorable fight, and I'm really looking forward to having a future rematch! :)
Had the pleasure to meet fingers again on Friday to wrestle on the mats.
After our last fight, I was confident that my strength had increased and I had picked up a couple of things here and there that would grant me a win. How wrong I was 🥲
Great match with a lovely (outside the mats) man, who says he's not a heel but has a mean streak and an evil smirk. Fun and safe

Had an awesome time training with this stud! We got together for a gut punch session in my ring and it was a blast. He showed me some killer techniques and we really pushed each other to the edge. Plus, he’s a beefy thick bull of a handsome man. Looking forward to our next session soon!

Asianfight10 is very hospitable, serious and intelligent recommendable person. From a match point of view he is very willing, he can improve his technique but the way he tries not to give up is appreciable. Thanks to my technique I managed to win three to zero, but it was a very fun, fair match that made us sweat.

Un gigante gentil abajo del tatami, feroz bestia en la lucha 💪. Si se descuidan los someterá con su gran fuerza. Muy buena lucha, con sometimientos de ambos lados. Pero disfruté mucho ser el vencedor dominándolo repetidas veces, hasta obtener mi premio en las regaderas. Un encuentro de mucha fuerza entre machos alfa. También quiero repetir pronto.

Unknownwrestler22 is the wrestling heel of dreams…or more appropriately, the heel of nightmares! Going into this pro domination match with full gear on including my mask, I expected to push this cocky opponent around despite his height and weight advantage….my mistake! Quickly disarming me with an unexpected blow, he manhandled me down onto the mat and mercilessly began to hammer me with wrist
locks, kimuras, and chokeholds. I screamed in agony as he pummeled my body, turning me onto my stomach and smiling with glee to apply surfboards and body scissors to my limp and lifeless body. Struggling in vain to fight back, I managed to push him off and even attempted an arm bar, but Unknownwrestler22 laughed and brushed it off trapping me in a grueling figure-4-lock which had me tapping out multiple times. Slowly stripping me of my gear, Unknownwrestler22 taunted me with head scissors and facesits forcing me to acknowledge his manliness. Finally, after attacking me with vicious camel clutches and sleeperholds, he went after my exposed and vulnerable body as I gasp for air and submitted to his domination. In the end, Unknownwrestler22 completely destroyed me, turning me into his jobber plaything for hours. Unknownwrestler22 is super friendly off the mat and really knows what he is doing. Expertly trained in grappling and submission, this fighter could easily take down opponents twice his size and I did not stand a chance. I loved every bit of our match and look forward to the day when I can get my revenge. I highly recommend Unknownwrestler22 to anybody looking for the perfect wrestling heel of their dreams…or nightmares!
My rematch with Unknownwrestler22 was a train of punishment and pain as this brutal heel squashed me for an hour straight. Decked out in our pro masks and trunks, I was eager for payback after last time, but unprepared for how much stronger and skilled he had become. Easily subduing me with a gut punch and a camel clutch, he then clamped on a leg scissors, boston crab, and a surfboard in quick succession leaving me reeling in pain. Toying with me using a series of submission holds, Unknownwrestle22 then folded me up into a face sit pin with my legs in the air and took pleasure in displaying my helpless and twisted body to the invisible crowd. Clamping his legs around my neck from behind, he delighted in using a leg sleeper to choke me out a few times. Using his immense strength, he easily put me in an over-the-knee back breaker so he could play with my vulnerable bits. Helpless and exhausted, I begged for him to stop, which caused him to clamp a body bear hug from on top. Squeezing what strength I had left as he placed his hand over my face for a front sleeper, the last thing I remembered was him posing atop my nearly limp body holding one leg in the air flexing his mighty bicep. Unknownwrestle22 is tough skilled and powerful wrestler who is a blast to be squashed by; I have a lot of training to do before I challenge this magnificent heel again!

I’m still very new to wrestling (and with meeting up with people), but I felt very at ease with him. He was patient with my attempts to “do something”, talking me through some strategies, giving me tips, and letting me get into position to try things out. And then, with little ado, over and over again, immediately tossed me off, gained the upper hand, and put me back in my place. Just how I like it ;)
He’s a capable and strong wrestler with a solid build, and as others have commented, his scissors are to be avoided. My only hope — a thin hope, to be sure — was stamina. Thankfully it wasn’t enough, and he dominated in round after round.
Fun, friendly, and easy to talk to, I look forward to tumbling with him again on a future visit!

SactoWrestler was a great time on the mats when we wrestled October of last year. Really passionate about learning all that he can and was genuinely excited to learn BJJ. An all around great guy. If you are ever in his area, I highly recommend you wrestle with him. He'll give ya a great workout.

This gentleman travelled 3 hours in total for our wrestle, and if that doesn't tell you he's reliable, nothing will.
Like myself he has a penchant for scissors, so we were well matched. I expected to have things all my own way, but sometimes you need to be reminded. He doesn't have the longest legs, but don't be fooled, nor complacent. If you get your head trapped between them, you will be squeezed so effectively, that you'll have no choice other than to submit. His abductors are something else.
I should add....he can take what he dishes out; I'd like to think I gave a good account of myself.
He's very chatty, and really easy to get along with. All in all he's easy going, and very friendly. His cheeky side comes out when he's wrestling.
I definitely want to wrestle him again. When possible, I would love to work with him to double team an unfortunate victim.
I have nothing but good things to say, and whether you're into scissors or not, I highly recommend him.
