I had a great match with Giant Slayer. He’s a very strong, muscled guy with great technique. That is, I didn’t have a chance. I still had a great time and hope that we can meet again.

September 2025.Leon advised me as part of an Australian visit he would include my city where now was my turn to return the hospitality.I deliberately didnt make wrestling a focus though we wrestled on night 1 and last night of his 12 day visit but I wanted to give him an insight to the Australian landscape from the beach to the country to the wildlife over many hundreds of km which I think shocked him.But he is a close friend and personality though reserved is beautifully hearted.Wrestling wise I noticed his tenacity and strength improved massively since last met where he turned the tables on me in the end.We dined toured and enjoyed as much as we could.It was with a heavy heart I farewelled him at the airport packed with I hope special memories of Aus even if I tired him not from wrestling but being a patient passenger in my car.Til we meet again with special thoughts of a special friend

I started chatting with Leon a few mths back even before my planned Vietnam trip and I don't think anything I can say is good enough about this guy,He helped advised me and plan the trip and when he knew I was coming to his city to quote him and he is right-he outsmarted me and booked and paid for 3 nights of my accom in his city where we stayed and toured together and wouldn't allow me to assist despite his obvious extremely busy work schedule.He showed me the different culinary foods of Ho Chi toured sections of the city with me and helped me navigate the traffic of Vietnam :) on foot We wrestled as much as time allowed and despite me being able to control him in the matches he is deceivingly strong and I had to use all my power and his weaknesses to control him.He is quietish by nature but awesome hearted and one who if Ho Chi Minh is on your list you do not want to pass by.I class him as a tough opponent but even a stronger friend who left me with cherished memories of his home city

Mighty guy! Lighter than me but built and a great grappler with impressive control and aggression. Lot of fun to wrestle, plus easy to coordinate with and a nice guy (well, off the mats that is…)
