The match me and Fawzy had was very intense. A sweaty 4.5 hours of on-and-off wrestling left us both exhausted and longing for more. Luckily, since we live close by, I got more chances to test my strength to this very strong and skilled BJJ dude, who can teach you a thing or two.

For those who look for a strong, energetic and tactical guy with a great personality outside the mats, I can highly recommend Fawzy and trying to beat him.

Grappling4funDC was kind enough to host SchwanDude and me for some no gi grappling. We had many rounds of intense sweaty, safe and sane competition. Grappling4funDC has a great guard and is tenacious on the mats. While he is a great guy off the mats, he definitely enjoys a tough workout on them! If you are looking to break a sweat with a great guy then take on Grappling4funDC. He is only going to get tougher as he continues to train in BJJ! I look forward to round 2 and recommend you get in a round with him if you have the opportunity to do so!

SchwanDude and I have been chatting for a bit. He is a great guy and was eager to connect and roll when we were in the same area. Grappling4funDC was kind enough to host us for some rounds of no gi grappling. SchwanDude is one strong and tough competitor. It was fun to get in many rounds of sweaty, safe and sane grappling with him. He has great basic skills that only will continue to evolve when he finds a spot to train BJJ more regularly. Highly recommend you take this guy on but be prepared to break a sweat - he has great stamina and can go round after round without any sign of fatigue! If you want to roll with a great guy, definitely set up a match with SchwanDude.

Lancerwrestler is an experienced wrestler who isn't to be taken lightly! Despite having so many matches in a short time period, he gave his all and was ready for more! Like most of his recommendations say, you'll have a wonderful time with him! Be prepared to wrestle and give your best or tap out!!

Do not pass up the opportunity to wrestle with MKell if he is in your area. He really has it all: skills, strength, and stamina. He was very easy to set up a match with and even found another fighter to join us in an evening with multiple rounds and many taps on my part. Safety and fun were a big part of the night and everyone had a great time. It was a pleasure chatting with him between rounds as he is just as nice and humble as he is tough on the mats. I really cannot recommend him more highly and look forward to having the opportunity to try it all again in the future.

I talked with AfronSaxon just some days before we've actually met in a hotel. It was easy to arrange everything with him.
The chemistry was very good between us since we both like the same things about wrestling.
We didn't waste any time when we met and started to wrestling on the mattress. I was impressed when he took off his shirt. He has very nice and big muscles and a strong body. He knows also how to use them in a match. However the first round was mine and he looked really surprised when he had to submit to me. A guy who is 10kg lighter. Unfortunately it motivated him even more and the next rounds were his. I managed to win 2 more but in the end I had to admit that he is the stronger one.
AfronSaxon took care of me and made sure that the fight was always safe.
He is a very friendly and interesting guy. Let's see, if I will have the opportunity to meet him again since he is soon moving back to the US. But I hope there will be once a rematch.

Quadi1 ist ein guter Gastgeber. Das hab ich bereits bei unserem ersten Treffen bemerkt und sehr geschätzt wo er mich empfing obwohl ich überhauptnicht an einen Kampf denken konnte.
Nun da ich zum Glück wieder zurück auf der Matte bin hab ich gemerkt was ich schon ahnte:
Der Mann hat Kraft und meine ganze Technik wird mir da nur wenig helfen.

Es waren spannende Runden von denen viele kürzer waren als ich hoffte (sprich: er hat mich schneller drangekriegt als ich dachte;-), aber ich freu mich schon wenn wir mal ein weiteres Treffen hinkriegen.

talent, good instincts and plenty of strength to back it up. He’s a quick study too.

Humility, respect, great communication, obvious intellect, along with a killer set of thighs all get this local talent high marks in my book.

Met for a semi competitive roll and from the outset I was extremely impressed. This man brings a calm, purposeful approach to his game which was truly remarkable to experience. He is clearly skilled, moves fluidly and never seems to be stressed, even when confronted with some menacing holds, of which there were several. If I were 20kg lighter I would have got destroyed, but alas I managed to take more taps on this occasion. Outside the fight you’ll find an intelligent, respectful guy who I’d very happily meet again (I hope!). Thanks for the meet 💪🏼

I had a really great time with this wrestler! He was very easy to schedule with and accommodating, and I had a fantastic time in the match with applying a huge variety of holds and pins. Time flew by really quickly because of how much fun we had!
