If you want a rough and aggressive match. This is your guy. I’ll be honest I came into this completely unprepared. He’s strong as hell and tough to boot.

Mark UK is definitely a great opponent. When I met him, I seriously considered the challenge again by the nearly 20 kg weight difference between us. His exceptional skill and strength were immediately apparent when he executed an Argentina backbreaker rack with effortless precision. Watching myself lifted with ease, akin to a rag doll, was a humbling experience. Despite this, the match proved to be rewarding. I appreciated the opportunity to engage in a bout marked by a focus on safety and sound technique. Had he not adapted to my level, applying any holds would have been considerably challenging. I value the chance to learn from this experience.

As a newbie, I’ve asked to focus on learning some holds for our meetup. Alan has been amazing to me and took the time to explain. When we came to some actual wrestling, it showed he definitely knows his techniques and you can feel his experience. Or better said, suffer because of his skills. He is very powerful and I was hardly a match for him.

A great teacher, a strong fighter and above all a very kind person.
