On a hot afternoon, I met this wrestler. It was a pleasant meeting for sure! :)
He had super strong biceps and skilled wrestling skills. When I tried to ask and learn how he trained his biceps, he confidently told me that he rarely trained deliberately. These huge biceps were natural and born! I guess this is probably what a stud is!
