Had an amazing introductory GP session with Gary today, having wanted to try it for ages.
What an amazing set of abs he has that can just take anything you dish out...can't say quite the same for me yet, but I REALLY enjoyed it. He's a great guy, really easy to talk to and to get on with.

My highest recommendations to this tough fella. Who knew the best way to recover after a PT was to break out my headscissor? I’m glad I found out…and it couldn’t have happened with a better guy. Handsome, tenacious, and just plain fun, he’s also a blast to hang out with. The mats are always down for this wrestler.
