Recommendations

Our first meet, a small-scale private group-fight in July 2015, was huge fun and totally unfair in the most exciting ways. Both of us unexperienced in martial arts and playful.

This time, August 2023, our paths crossed in a larger and more public group meet. We wore more clothes. And we both enjoyed a certain level of formal training in the meantime. But it didn’t make our fight any less exciting. Eight years of aging do not seem to have affected Diamondcutter’s ability to move around on the mats. It’s huge fun to chase and catch him and to try to make him tap.
Always entertaining. Great sense of humor. And hilarious morning mood.

Meeting and rolling with Sep65 in this group meet was an absolute pleasure. He is the kind of person who radiates warmth and coziness. Conversations become very personal in a natural way and he manages to soothe the mind by his mere presence.
On the mats, even though there were some medical limitations on both sides, we managed to have a good and safe roll with lots of smiles and laughter. Especially after defying gravity when Sep65 got swept and found himself airborne, flying over me in the most graceful manner. Controlled and almost in slow motion we both landed safely with renewed respect for the technique of sweeping.

I had a short but intense match with this supposed D'Arce choke lover :-). Luckily for me, he seemed to be already exhausted from previous fights, so I could even get some top positions - just before he submitted me again. It was a lot of fun to roll with this very pleasant guy. I hope to meet Wrestlingguy again. Don't miss him!

Bamm-Bamm was at the Airbnb as well. He's a very kind and talkative person. We did a sparring session on Saturday and another one on Sunday, before he had to go. It was nice meeting him, I recommend him, and would like to meet him again!

It was easy to organise a match with powerplay when I was in Switzerland. We chatted a lot before meeting and our interests were definitely aligned. He came up to my place and we had a very intense match. It ended up being a very hot and sweaty match! It was a great match and I had a great time with him. On top of that i really enjoyed chatting with him and it was nice to see someone switch between 3 languages. Will definitely meet him again if possible :)

Fortunately for me, I managed to meet this giant hunk for a match spontaneously! He is very strong with a nice body and Ioved the fight a lot! Even though it was late at night, we managed to get a proper fight despite both of us probably being tired. A good fight is a good fight, even if i'm not the better fighter XD It was great chatting with him as well online and after the match. Would definitely meet him again if possible :P

I was really fortunate that I managed to catch this beast at his gym despite his busy schedule. He has an amazing gym and it was my first time having so much space to roll around. He's a black belt, it was a safe fight despite it being one-sided, exactly as expected. He was really friendly as well (including some friendly taunting :P) Any moves I tried on him he already knew what was coming and I didn't have a chance. He also showed me different moves and techniques to defend/attack, and let me try them on him. But not before turning the tables and making me tap easily again. It ended up being a really exhausting match for me - i remember running away to get a breather but was chased and taken down relentlessly.

Had a great chat with him after and he gave me some recommendations for food and sights nearby. It was probably one of my favourite fights here. I'm really glad I made the trip south to his gym and I'd gladly travel back there just to meet him again :)

Wow, what an afternoon. This guy is really a top notch guy. Easy on the eyes, strong (had to tap in the leg scissors) and just an all around fun to wrestle. Communication was great and the meeting was well coordinated. Will definitely wrestle again.

I really enjoyed fighting with him and learned some new techniques with this great opponent that he taught me. He could be a good teacher. It was difficult to stop rolling with him. Hopefully we'll see each other soon :)

It was pleasure to meet Yoni1. He is a strong and very skilled fighter. He knows how to put his opponent under pressure and let him sweat. He knows a lot of techniques, stick to you the whole time and doesn't let you out. It was a survival fight avoiding submission. I had very good time and would meet him again. Out of the mats a very nice guy, who you can have nice conversations with. We are gonna definetly meet again. My fully recommendation
