Nicky is a skilled boxer. Smooth moves and great fun to glove up with. Loves to glove up and mix it up but a challenge to land punches on. Highly recommended.

This was my third competitive meet up with Sparky and I was finally able to put up a truly competitive fight. He’s a wonderful teacher - incredibly patient, great at explaining and helping to visualize different holds and figure out when and how to best apply them to maximum effect. It definitely helps that I’ve gotten a bit more muscular and stronger since our first match back in August, something I’d told him was happening but it took seeing my progress for him to believe me. Give me 6-8 months and I’ll be getting the best of this skilled wrestler on the regular.

I was honored to have the energetic, strong, and handsome (!) Sparkymaine as my first opponent. A respectful guest, he visited over a weekend and introduced me to submission style wrestling. He leveraged his considerable skill advantage and strength in dominant fashion, but was also patient in teaching and drilling me on positioning and a few holds. I improved from start to finish and plan to keep building my base toward a different outcome the next time I’m lucky to match up with this awesome Meetfighters member.

He's super skilled and crazy stroong, but kept it safe and fun the whole time. My heel ego was bruised, but I actually enjoy being dominated by him.

Outside the match he's a fun and easy guy to hangout with. Too bad I'm not free enough to take him around sight seeing. Maybe next time!

Sehr cooler Typ, hat sich super mir als einiges leichteren Gegner angepasst, hat echt Spass gemacht. Er war sehr vielseitig, ich hatte die Gelegenheit verschiedene Kampfstile auszuprobieren. Es war ein sehr ausgeglichenes und faires Rollen, wir haben viel geschwitzt. Off-the-mat gute Gespräche gehabt, echt sympathisch, gerne jederzeit wieder.

Sehr sympathischer Gegner, verträgt mehr als man denkt. Vom lockeren rollen bis zum actionreichen fighten alles möglich. Auf und neben der Matte sehr angenehme Art, viele Gespräche. Sehr gerne wieder.

An amazing guy, tremendous motivation, dynamism and creativity made the wrestling an interesting meeting

I met this nice and friendly fella for a gut punching session (along with Gprunner). He is one of the best gut puncher I had a pleasure of meeting, if not, the best. I truly enjoyed receiving gut punches from him, as he was not just great at delivering it but also knows how to aim and time it well. The way he delivered gut punches varying from moderate to hard and vice versa kept the session tolerable and enjoyable for me. He was open to ideas and also shared his, he introduced me to scissor hold that certainly brought me a new and fun experience, I thought the hold was going to cut me in half though, but boy did I enjoy it, I for sure did and I wish I could tolerate more of it. It was a bonus that he was such a great and accommodating host too! If you are a receiver of gut punches and/or like to wrestle, you definitely do not want to miss this guy. I am looking forward to more sessions with him in the future.

He's a fighter 10. He knows how to measure his strength, and he is strong. Tall, big, his only presence intimidates but with a positive and smiling attitude. Don't let your guard down, it has many charms and abilities. Person to meet and to fight. 👍👍👍

It was great meeting this guy on the mats at my house for some group wrestling action. He's relatively new to MF but learning quickly. He's strong and skilled with his legs. Look out for his triangle and arm bars! He's also in amazing shape - highly recommend.
