Nach ein paarmal Chatten hatte ich ein Treffen mit Levant hier bei mir in Köln. Zuverlässing und pünktlich, hatte ich einen super-netten, höchst angenehmen Gast, mit dem ich zahlreiche Runden auf der Matte (naja... Matratze) verbringen konnte. Er ist stark und ausdauernd und trotz seines "ich kenne nur einen Griff" war er durchaus überlegen. Das ist aber alles egal - ich gewann die letzte Runde und das zählt. ;-) Abseits der Matte ein hoch intelligenter und angenehmer Gesprächspartner mit interessanten Dingen, die er zu erzählen weiß. Ich kann ihn nur empfehlen und freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen!

After having chatted a few times, I had a meeting with Levant here in Cologne. Reliable and punctual, I could greet a super nice, highly pleasant guest with whom I could spend numerous rounds on the mat (well... mattress). He is strong and persistent and despite his "I only know one hold" he was quite superior. But all that doesn't matter - I won the last round and that's what counts ;-) Off the mat he is a highly intelligent and pleasant conversationalist with interesting things to tell. I can only recommend him, looking forward to seeing him again!

RookieBoxer has incredibly fun energy. We'd chatted for years and were lucky to meet up at the Canada fest for a cub-vs-bear match. Furry, exuberant, and tireless, he literally leapt at me again and again, giving his all. It's a joy to run into someone who brings that kind of charge to the mats–it brings out the intensity and competitive spirit that makes for the best kind of match. You'd be lucky to wrestle or box him!

There's a lot of different ways I know MKEwrestlebear now. We attended the Toronto Wrestlefest together, so I've seen him wrestle a number of guys, and got in my own time as well.

I was lucky in my experience to have either some unfair numbers on my side, or have him dial down the energy to give me the tiniest of faint hopes, then dashed by both size and skill. I may have enjoyed a bit of that crushing I got, but I appreciate his ability to go with the flow of guys and keep it fun regardless of skill.

I saw way more matches of his size and skill being overwhelming and dominating, accompanied by the friendliest of demeanors, and a willingness to teach and welcome newcomers.

He's thoughtful and kind to those he meets, but his profile vastly vastly *vastly* understates his skill.

On a personal note, a wonderful man who makes for the best of wrestle friends. He's insightful, knowledgeable and a good judge on the unique questions we all get in this realm of wrestling/play/life and the intersections therein. I'll never be a legit match against him, but I have a feeling we'll be lifelong friends.

Anyone with eyes knows that Ollie is a handsome wrestling stud, but what stood out to me was how kind and witty he is in conversation. He's quick to extend compassion to people in pain and a fierce advocate for his friends, a combination that does more to speak for his character than any amount of ass-kicking. I had a lot of fun beating up this wonderful human being. :)

Wow! Just...wow! This guy is the real deal! I had an absolute blast rolling with him! Strong af and built like a brick barn! Whew! Super nice guy! We played safe and sane, but rough and sweaty. It was truly an honor to roll with bones! I hope we can do it again soon! Maybe I can avoid those body splashes! Oofff!

Seth and I had a great time at NYC Westlefest. We had a fun roll in my hotel room. The guy looks amazing in his gear and knows his stuff! Also a great guy to talk to about real life stuff. Can't wait until our paths cross again!

Ce combattant est passionné et prometteur! Belle session de sparring avec ce gars passionné et enjoué, prêt sans hésiter à remettre les gants pour une session de 2 heures tout de même ! Combattant 78 a des beaux réflexes et je ne doute pas qu’il progresse beaucoup encore en s’entraînant avec différents adversaires. Un gars à suivre et chaudement recommandé. A la prochaine!

Boxhard has a fierce drive and is racking up opponents with impressive dedication. By his own admission he's more of a boxer than a grappler, but he was game to try an early-morning sub match, and he made scheduling easy. I don't think either of us were surprised that he got manhandled in our match, but he had a ton of energy and kept coming at me. The physics of rolling with someone literally half your size can get fun–a standout moment was bench-pressing him for reps when he got in mount. From the stories he shared, I have no doubt he's given a lot of bigger guys a surprise when the gloves come out. All the respect to this fearless fighter!

After many months of bantering about sports and life, I was finally able to meet up with "THE" 6'5" and seemingly taller Marietta 1969.
When I picked him up at the airport (which I never do for anyone...lol), I had to put the top down from my convertible or he would not have fit in my car.
He was even more handsome and more muscular in person than his pictures - always a pleasant surprise. When we got to my house, he made me feel like a million bucks as we massaged each other's hard rock muscles on my massage table. It was an experience I will always remember as wonderful sweat poured down from both of us
Brian is a great conversationalist and excellent communicator as he told story after story about his exciting world travels. He even took me to my favorite restaurant.
He is a champion arm wrestler, very strong and someone you would have an amazing experience with.

Marky is a skilled freestyle guy who didn't hesitate to roll sub with me despite a significant size difference. I really enjoyed his tenacity and endurance; a fit, scrappy dude is always fun to throw around the mats. He's learning BJJ techniques to add onto his already impressive wrestling skills, and I have no doubt that he'll be a monster sooner rather than later.
