Flash is a nice guy who can certainly pack a punch!

I enjoyed our session. Although I wish we had had more time, we both made the most of it. We started off with padwork, then moved on to a give-and-take gut punching session, and we finished with a boxing/gut punching match. Flash has strong abs, which I enjoyed punching. He also has a good cross (watch out for his right hand!)

Finally, we had an interesting conversation before, during, and after the match. As he said, it was great to see we have other common interests too.

I can't wait to meet Flash again.

Wrestlstev was visiting town and contacted me for a match. Communication was clearly and courteous from start to finish. He said he wanted to take things gently, which we did, but his technique and upper body strength gave me some work to do. We had a nice chat after the match before parting company.

After 10 years of talking shit to each other we finally had our match and Matt was great! He was the perfect jobber and I had a great time putting him in his place and making him beg for mercy.

Catalan was a great host, really welcoming and friendly. Found out we had a lot on common whilst chatting.

Once we put on the gloves we did some padwork which I loved trying - training with different punch techniques. Then we got into some gut punching trying the techniques he’d taught me.

We ended with sparring which was great fun, testing body punches in another fun way 🥊

Catalan is a solid build and can take a lot of hard punches standing still. I’m more of a lightweight so need a wall to back onto when receiving his punches 😂

If you’re into boxing or gut punching he’s a great guy to meet!

I met up with Horsey 🤪 for a coffee and conversation, and it turned into a spectacular wrestle!

Mr Centaur is a powerful guy who knows his holds. While I could resist his locks in most cases, I couldn't seem to get him down any other way than by slamming and flattening him (and, at one point, a solid rear naked choke). He really knows his stuff.

Outside of the wrestling, he's quite the gentleman. We walked around town and talked about all sorts of things from big ideas to our experiences in the wrestling scene. His intellect is top notch, and he's got a handsome face to boot 😊

I highly recommend Centaur. Look him up if you're in his area - he is quite the competitor!

Joey is very well experienced!! Although we supposed to be planned better, i was sleepy as fuck haha, and its past midnight. But i got some lessons from Joey! Thank youuu!!
