Recommendations

After a 10 year hiatus, Marcnais was my first opponent. A reminder of why I fell in love with wrestling many years ago.

My first thought upon seeing him was that his photos do NOT do him justice. The guy is BUILT. I havent been in a gym since 2017, so in comparison i looked like an amoeba.

We went hard from the start, and had a ball. Pulling each other limbs in all directions. Lots of holds and submissions from both sides. His strength startling, my height/weight dominating. He surprised me with a camel clutch from nowhere, not an easy feat by any means.

This guy is really into his wrestling and wants to learn more so I hightly recommend to those willing to impart their knowledge. With more practice he'll put this amoeba back in his box. Friendly, fun, respectful and no attitude. Cant wait for round two.

Highly recommend Zodiac who is simply a great guy and a pleasure to meet for the first time. He impressed me with his intelligence and life focus in addition to impressing me physically despite his self modesty. In the limited time available we punched gut with gloves and bare fist, traded a couple of fun submissions and I got a taste of what a strong and powerful wrestler he is. He is reliable, respectful, eager to learn and lots of fun to know and fight! Looking forward to meeting up again.

Dude is really strong for his size, surely gonna surprise you if you’re not prepared. Outside the match though, extremely nice dude and was kind enough to let me stay at his place overnight! Hanging out with him was just a huge vibe as he was always open to random fun conversations.

Super friendly and hospitable dude, was nice enough to let me borrow a singlet :D. Lots of fun getting to wrestle with him as one of my first few experiences. Also makes sure boundaries are clear and very respectful towards his opponents.

Seems nervous when you first see each other but it definitely fades away during the match. As he said I was the more dominant one, but I gotta give him props since he does not tire easily and I could tell he’s experienced against guys bigger than him. Had good talks about life outside the match too. Overall great guy :)

I finally met the legendary Ripper Roger in the ring, right in his own back yard (so to speak). At first I thought he would be easy pickings based on our respective heights and body sizes, but the Ripper was able to put the moves on the Hard Rock and I got pinned. Off the mats, he's a delightful man who has a very dry sense of humor that I enjoy. I'll have to return to Great Britain someday to even the score!

I had a good match with Fireblazer; he was friendly and accommodating. We're both a little new to wrestling and there was an easy, free flow of information regarding moves and holds between us. I hope to tangle with him again soon.

Met Chong this weekend for a tussle. Went into it thinking the size advantage would serve me well, and I was incorrect!

He's absurdly strong, immensely technical and has a mean streak wider than the M1! He's a real powerhouse on the mats and a gent off the mats.

Can't wait to meet again where I'll hopefully present more of a challenge! But super happy to have a new friend.

Had a short but really fun match with this hunk! We were both at the Lindow wrestling camp, and both pretty exhausted from all the training sessions.

This guy is seriously strong.. His pics does not lie! I was taken down quickly, and controlled without much effort on his side, it seemed. He has some serious skill and strength, so you better be ready to give it your best if you want to wrestle him.

Super friendly, handsome and articulate man. It was a pleasure to hang around with him off the mats as well. Looking forward to next time, highly recommended!

I am glad to have met this friendly and respectful guy. He is very strong and it is not easy to get a win. We had a great match. I hope to meet him again,
