Just noticed a missing recommendation for MKell. We meet up in Atlanta back in 2018. Great host. Not only is he strong he is very technical. I hope to meet again for a longer challenge.

Great guy, strong and very kind. Would be fun to fight him again on the mats. I recommend him!

Met smotherpinner at a group meet in London. Most of the guys I'd met before if many years ago, smother was a new face and a very handsome one at that. His photos are good but don't do his lean but muscular body justice. Ok so shallow me was happy and with his claim of being a beginner I thought I'd get him tied up in a nice hold and admire. Unfortunately he is a beginner wrestler like Alcaraz is a beginner tennis player. So after a good sweaty battle with much squealing on my behalf I discovered his weakness, he doesn't like a big lump squashing him. Who knew claustrophobia was my new supermove. I should have been offended that smother started asking how heavy I was but really what's a few kilos (ok stones) between friends. Really nice guy, great natural wrestler and lovely view. Oh and he looks closer to 30 than 50. Top recommendation all round.

Had a meet with Fitbloke after chatting for a few months. Was very easy to arrange a date and time. He was reliable and polite. We had a good 2hrs of exchanging holds and friendly grapple on the mats. He is much bigger in real life than his profile suggests and very strong. Thoroughly enjoyed the meet, would recommend him to anyone looking for a strong but respectful wrestler. Very friendly off the mats as well.

What a great host! With a superb matted room.
Although on paper I’m a lot bigger, this guy held his own. Fit and strong.
I can’t risk injury these days so we agreed to exchange strength holds and the time flew by!

Une rencontre pour finir l’été en beauté. Qui a dit que les boxeurs ne sont pas de bons grapplers?
FrBoxer a accepté de sortir de zone de confort (la boxe) pour une petite séance de grappling submission et c’était super! Un gars super sympa, fort et endurant! On aurait pu rouler et lutter pendant des heures mais après trois combats dans la semaine j’étais lessivé, je sentais plus mes jambes alors j’ai du redoubler d’efforts pour essayer de soumettre FrBoxer.
Après l’effort, le réconfort avec une tasse de thé et une bonne conversation.
Je le recommande et j’attends déjà le deuxième round.

Hosted Alex at my place in London. Super nice guy, easy to meet, laid back, fun and energetic. He has an an athletic lean physique and some BJJ training/good instincts which made him a formidable opponent....I think he is the first guy I have met on the site who got the better of me overall! Nevertheless I managed to avoid submitting to his chokes having to rapidly move my defence game into gear. Highly recommend.

After a lot of planning, we were finally able meet up and I was not disappointed. He looks better in person and is built as fuck. Had a good time putting on the gloves and cannot wait to meet again soon. When you have the chance, hit him up and you'll be glad you did.

Met up with this big tough heel on his trip through Chicago and the stories from his past opponents are spot on. Strong claws and knows just how and where to apply them….tough delivery of punishment while safe and sane. Reliable, on time and easy to set up. Was a great match!

I was pleasantly surprised by his strength and tenacity - especially for his size. Definitely not a push over and wants to win. I’m pretty pleased with how things ended but props for the strong effort and conviction. If you’re his size and an even match - be prepared. Highly recommended.
