Finally got the chance to wrestle this stud and it was easily worth the wait. To start off, he is wonderfully polite, charming, and respectful, which (along with his handsome face and kind smile) immediately puts you at ease. Then he takes off his shirt and you realize just how built he is. I’ll admit I was slightly nervous entering this encounter, but as we got to rolling, I couldn’t believe how truly evenly matched we were. My superior leg skills were equaled by his upper body strength. After about 20 minutes I elicited the first tap, and then shortly after, a second. Perhaps I should have stopped there but I was having too much fun. It was then his turn to show how powerful those arms and chest are, and he won the next two rounds. A rematch is certainly in the cards and I look forward to cementing my status as alpha. :p Don’t hesitate to meet him for a match if given the chance. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Finally, after years of challenges and missed opportunities, the stars aligned and I got to fight this guy - and what a fight! We're almost identically matched in age, size and build. he has more experience in bjj, i have more in wrestling. there was a lot of handfighting, arm bars, chokes and some especially effective leglocks from him. we went back and forth, each dominating the other at times, both getting taps, neither wanting to concede, which made for some prolonged and humiliating holds, slaps and punches. 2 hours in it felt like we were just getting warmed up, and i'm sure we could have gone on for hours more. i loved it and want more - we need to settle this so when you're ready you know where to find me!

Had a nice match with rainy. He was a nice host and had a good space to wrestle in. Very fun time!

Lancewrestler is a super good guy both on and off the the mats. Very down to earth an respectful. He and I worked out together Friday morning at my gym (lifting) why he was on his layover. Very eager to learn new things. Sunday was our actual wrestling time and as he promised, he showed up. Very late evening match, we rolled for a bit (more than a hour) rested and he was eager for more. Skilled and competitive, he wasn’t one one to lay there waiting to be pinned. I want to wrestle him again.

We’ve met up several times now, and it’s always a pleasure to hit the mats with indyboy317. While he’s new to the moves, his eagerness and willingness to learn have made it so that he’s definitely picking up the moves as he goes. Off the mat also easy to talk to, and coordinate meetups with. Would definitely recommend meeting you with him!
