WOW. After a year of hearing so many great things about this man, I got to find out, first hand that everything was true. He’s has a great build, is charming, and strong as an ox. Enjoyed our time on the mats, and off. I cannot say enough great things about this man. Hope to cross paths with him in the future. If you have a chance to lockup with him — take it.

Glad I finally got to meet and wrestle this guy. Has a lean, mean body and uses it very nicely. Energetic and tactical. Watch out for those legs. Great looking guy and a lot of fun to wrestle. Don’t pass up this guy. High recommendations and hope it’s the first of many matches to come!

Mark and I chatted for awhile about meeting and wrestle. Finally this weekend I had a work trip to AR. Well I was not going to miss this opportunity and the pleasure to meet and wrestle the Legend OKie Rumble Mark in OKC. The drive was worth it because we had the whole weekend to Rassle!
Mark is a very strong guy, know his moves, has skills, experience, and can neutralize you to control the match. He is a very HOT, THE MAN, an outstanding RASSLER on the mats and I can say he is a HULK.
He is a nice safe fun man, very respectful and can call him now a Brother!
If you want a real guy to Rassle , don't miss your opportunity to Rassle him as he also gets my sincere highest recommendation!
What a fun rassling weekend we had!

REMATCH: February 2022 Mike and I met at the famous Santa Ana ring today. It's been a long time since I have had the opportunity to wrestle in such a large and superb space, and Mike is certainly a host extraordinaire! Water, cleaning materials, on-site bathroom .... he anticipates every need! My only complaint is that his physique is so muscular, ripped and sexy that it's too damn distracting as we wrestle! We of course had a great time together, both commenting that it is rare for two older guys with such competition-ready physiques get to wrestle. So we decided today that, for our next act, we would tag team together (currently a net total of 133 years) and challenge any young duo that wants to take us on .... or are so delusional that they think they can beat us! We are accepting challengers. Bring it on, youngsters!

FIRST MATCH: July 2021 It is exceptionally rare that I get to encounter an MF opponent who not only has exceptional power and skills, but a physique so muscular and ripped that it puts to shame the vast majority of MF guys in their 20s and 30s. As someone else commented, Mike's body "is like steel". So I knew that he would have exceptional strength in his 155# frame. I wanted to test his ripped core, so at one point, we exchanged body scissors. I have never tapped myself to a body scissors in 30 years of grappling. So when I squeezed as hard as I could and got no reaction from Mike, I knew that I had met my equal. Our wrestling on my hotel mattress was obviously a bit limited for two experienced grapplers like Mike and me. So I peldged to drive up to Barstow in December and have a full day "wrestlefest" with Mike at his superb wrestling space. I'm super excited to wrestle this mature bobybuilder grappling beast to see if I have finally encountered a light weight who can whup me. Happy to have found such a wonderrful friend. And excited to have begun this new rivalry.

Verem is an amazing host, with a perfect mat set up. He’s also very good at grappling, and strong with a great build.

In spite of road closures due to protesters was definitely worth meeting up with this guy.

Post match really enjoyed talking to him. Looking forward to a rematch! Highly recommend!

I have met and wrestled easttnguy on a couple occasions and always enjoyed our matches. Very friendly guy and tough opponent.

Met this guy for a great few hours of wrestling, strength tests, lift and carry, and buddy workout. Had some great submission wrestling. I liked seeing the frustration on his face as I made him tap over and over;) Although I have to admit, it wasn’t easy. Considering I outweigh him by almost 40 pounds, he really made me work for it. I am sad to say he beat me in arm wrestling however. His forearms are quite impressive and powerful, like Popeye 💪🏼💪🏼. We also did some lift and carry. Was able to do some push-ups with him on my back, squats with each other over our shoulders, piggybacks and shoulder rides. It was also impressive how easily he lifted my 220 pound body. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in Montreal. Will be contacting him again when I visit next time.

Tu es un très bon représentant tant de ce sport que de ta ville, Monsieur le maire devrait faire appel à toi. J'ai été ravi de te rencontrer tu es un vrai gentleman c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire et on apprend tellement à ton contact. Notre seul point de désaccord a porté sur le sujet crucial de la chocolatine vs le pain au chocolat mais on ne va pas se battre pour ça, même si toutes les raisons de se battre sont bonnes.

I had the pleasure of meeting, getting to know and rasslin Lou. WOW!!! He's not only strong and HOT, he's an outstanding rassler. Lou is grade A choice beef, and you won't find a finer individual anywhere. He was easy to set up a match with and very prompt. If you ever come across this man, do yourself a favor and set up a match with him. You'll thank yourself. My highest recommendation! Mark

Caribbeanman is very manly and full of power, we enjoyed a good session including worship, wrestling, pictures. I recommend him and will be nice to meet him again
