We met at the weekly wrestling event in Mechelen
It is clear this guy had some training in bjj. He adapts easely to your level, but gives you enough challenge to go for it.
He managed quiet easy to make me tap. Damn.

Jan 22. Sort notice and First match of the year saw this young aspiring wrestler come back for another match. In 4 weeks his confidence had grown and was ready to take me on once more. His energy levels are great and he was still going 2.5 hours later. Such a great guy, fun to wrestle and share my experience with. Absolute 10/10

Dec 21. Like I have said so many times before, never under estimate the small guy. This guy was fun, fast and had some killer head scissors. Had a great give and take match and he sure new how to punish. A charming young man of the mats and a little devil on them.
Top recommendation to this guy.

Had a chance to roll around briefly with Wuduru at the Mechelen Battle Rumble. Always great to meet a new face and the contact before and after on the site is really easy and enthusiastic and that enthusiasm translates on the mats as well. We had a short and spirited round as part of the match and I was immediately impressed with his technical prowess and his ability to anticipate his adversary's moves. A formidable opponent and a great addition to the MF Belgium community! Welcome and look forward to wrestling with you again in the future (as I hope others will too after reading this recommendation).

Buen contrincante, con técnica y muy amigable. Sin duda, repetiría. Pasamos un gran rato, buena lucha y buena relajación post pelea ;)

Nouvelle rencontre , cela faisait longtemps, belle soirée et une lutte soft et trés sensuelle. Un délice, softlutte trés accueillant et chaleureux.

Me and Sid fought a small round during our weekly MF meeting.
At first glance this man look very impressive and even a bit intimidating. He has a well build body, with big strong limbs.

On the mats however I was reasurred very quickly that Sid fights in a safe and sane manner. He is a very consious fighter, made sure i felt comfortable during the fight and not abusing his weight advantage to submit me. Watch out for the strenght of his grip though... i needed to use both arms to detach myself from one of his hands. :p

The fight was only 5 minutes and was very exhausting, i really enjoyed our fight! Thanks for that!

After training I had a small drink together with him and the rest of the group.
Sid is a nice person, not so prominent as most Dutch guys but also not shy.
We didn't get to talk that much... but there is still a lot of time ahead for us to do that.

Stringringer ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber.
Wir starteten mit 10 Runden Armdrücken, die ich knapp 6:4 gewonnen habe.
Im anschließenden Fight war es eher ausgewogen.
Stringringer ist für seine Gewichtsklasse ein sehr zäher und starker Kämpfer mit langer Kampferfahrung.
Er ist offen für Neues und probiert vieles aus.
Ich freue mich auf ein Rematch!

Headscissor lover is just that. Enjoyed squeezing him in various holds (and pretty’s ire he did too). Very nice guy and human off the mats.

I don't know of a better way to begin a day than with a wrestling match with a handsome, well-built, strong man who is quick and aggressive. And when his skill level is very much the same as my own, it is even better still. Plus we had a great mat set-up, thanks to our gracious host Txwrestl, so my match this morning with Wres was pretty much perfect. We went back and forth with advantage, worked up lots of sweat, and he had me pretty much exhausted by the time we were through, even though I had a size advantage. We worked hard, fought hard, but laughed a lot, I highly recommend Wres if you ever have the opportunity to wrestle this man!
