Jonstead is genuine and good guy. He is a strong and can really put up a fight. He's got a great attitude and great conversation as well off the mats. I definitely looking forward to wrestling again.

Jeff is a nice guy and very skilled wrestler. He has trained in BJJ for the past few years and definitely knows his stuff. We had fun rolling around and he was gracious enough to show me some new moves that I was able to put into practice right away. He's very strong but unassuming; underestimate him at your own peril!

Well, that was a blast : ) ProWorkover and I have been hoping to meet for ... let's just say, several years. It was well worth the wait! He is super skilled and creative with holds, and has a generous for getting both laughing right in the middle of pretty heated combat. Our meetup was centered on me as heel (he's got the skills, way more than me), but there was a fun turnaround before it was all over, and he totally rolled with it. A total gentleman, and a tough fighter!

Had an awesome time with jonuk. I just posted a match in the morning and we arranged a meet-up easily in the afteroon. It was a nice back and forth submission holds and he took my submissions really well.

Had a great back and forth match with rungymrun, and we are fairly close in height and weight. Easy to talk with and a great host. Will definitely have another match woth him.

Angel es un luchador que no se cansa nunca, hablaría de combates y lucharía las 24 bs es raro encontrar a alguien que le apasione tanto esto. Hicimos unas luchas y se defendió bastante bien , con un poco más de técnica y práctica sería buen oponente.
Fuera del tatami es una persona humilde y fácil de arreglar un encuentro, lo recomiendo.

Highly recommend this fighter. This guy is not only a talented fighter trained in jujitsu but a gentleman off the mats to. The pictures he’s got up in his profile don’t do him justice, he’s a stud from head to toe. Worked up a steamy session with him. Glad we took the time to arrange this match

Heute habe ich Chris, nach längerem hin- und herschreiben, getroffen. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, war sehr schweißtreibend, auch dank der Temperaturen. Christ hat sehr kräftige Beine, Respekt, und auch sonst ist der Körper noch sehr gut in Schuss, da kann sich so manch Jüngerer eine Scheibe von abschneiden.
Fazit: Ich gehe davon aus das wir uns jetzt häufiger treffen werden, vielleicht auch mal außerhalb der Matte, z. B. beim FC Köln. Ein sehr sympathischer Zeitgenosse und eine absolute Bereicherung auf dieser Seite. Ich kann Chris uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This is a fella that wants to wrestle, wants to push himself and is prepared to take risks… that scores well with me.
Limits were set and we made sure that the issue with his knees was understood and then that was it… go! He wasn’t shy about trying to give me a hard time… trying at least 😉

Had a great match with Argetlam - we were relatively evenly matched which made for a great wrestle. Was punctual, easy to communicate with and friendly - looking forward to the rematch!
