Throw was a gracious host to a round robin wrestling workout. He is a great guy and easy to chat with. On the mats, he is tough as heck! He has a great skill set and uses his strength and power strategically when rolling. It was a great workout and great time! Definitely take this guy on if you have the opportunity!

wrstlematt for a new wrestler is extremely fast and has some great instincts. He a strong man who knows how to use his strength in a variety of ways. He comes in hard and once gets in a hold he come even harder. He can take it as well as he dishes out it took a lot to make him submit. To go along with the speed he has a lot of energy and was a pleasure to take on. He is a generous and kind person and I hope I get to take him on again.

I got the lucky chance of taking on MKell while he was in town. He was a blast to take on. Not surprisingly he is extremely strong and talented wrestler. He knows a variety of submissions and put in a few of them. His talent extends to his control and he will stop the moment you tap. Most of the match was seeing how long I could delay him making me submit. He is also a great teacher and was patient while giving my friend and I a few pointers. He is friendly and personable and a pleasure to talk to on and off the mat. If you get a chance to take him on, I highly recommend it.

Had a blast with Bo! Nice mat setup that made grappling enjoyable. He completely subdued me in every way possible, but I can't wait for another round with him. He's hospitable and safe, very knowledgeable and skilled fighter.

Cqumpire was an absolute blast to wrestle! Even though he says he has little experience, this guy knows how to wrestle! He's strong, quick, and knows how to punish his opponent. Off the mats, he's a great host and such an easy going, friendly guy. Highly recommend!

TinyFighter is tough! Very polite and cool. Made an effort to meet last-minute.

Had a phenomenal time with him! He can keep up a (100% safe and sane) high intensity match and can take a beating, too!

Andrea is very skilled, strong and good enough to adapt to your level to make the match enjoyable for both. He gave me a good match where both of us were sweated a lot.
Off of the mats he is a very friendly and funny guy and I want to me him again for another couple of rounds.
