I was invited to do some body boxing and gut punching with Catalan and I'm very happy I said yes. What a workout! He can take as much as you can dish out and give it back as hard as you want it. I felt very safe in his gloved hands and it was a great way to spend an evening 🥊

This is the second time I've met with this handsome man. 2 very different experiences, but the same good energy and time! Had an opportunity to meet Bham87 during the Birmingham Wrestlefest. He is a fit, strong wrestler with good stamina. We wrestled a couple of short rounds with a lot of give and take, giving each other a sweaty work out, all safe and fun. Really great guy off the mats too! I recommend him if you get a chance to wrestle him. Looking forward to a longer rematch with him one day.

I had an amazing time with Mkell. He is jacked and super strong and skilled and looks even more muscular than in his photos. We had a great wrestling session—lots of sweat and intensity. His abs can take serious gut punches. Also The moment you think you are gona use a hold, youre already pinned down. His holds are very strong 💪 and you will feel his muscles flexing and grip getting tighter in each holds.he is strategic and always 2 steps ahead of his opponent. I am so glad I get to wrestle him and learn.
Beyond the match, he is great to talk to. Great guy and very down to earth. An all-around fantastic experience. I Highly recommend Mkell, and I’ll definitely would love another match in the future.

I had a fun time with this big man. We mostly practiced techniques since I'm quite inexperienced. we managed to get some sparring in aswell.
