Swemoro is a very handsome & intelligent young man, with a fabulous swimmer's body.
Although he has not trained in grappling before, he knew the basic moves very well & gave me so many tight locks & pain. I had a hard time escaping from them.
A very kind & soft-spoken gentleman off the mat as well. Don't forget to look for him if you're visiting Stockholm or if he is visiting your city.

Ho incontrato questo lottatore a casa mia, fin da subito si vede la passione per la boxe e la voglia di mettersi in gioco!
Io non avevo mai boxato in vita mia e lui si è subito reso disponibile ad insegnarmi i primi rudimenti della boxe, abbiamo fatto subito un incontro in cui ho vinto solo grazie alla mia stazza ed al fatto che son fisicamente più allenato... ma la mia tecnica lascia molto a desiderare...
Spero di incontrarlo ancora anche perchè fuori dal ring è una persona alla mano con cui fare delle discussioni molto piacevoli.

Challenge 3 was so nice to wrestle and gutpunch, really enjoyed him, he might have been the strongest opponent I have faced, he was a gentlemen, loved spending my time with him, it was worth it, he also helped me with my bridging and big ball
