Have to say was surprised by the strength and ability of this guy. I'm clearly out of shape and out of practice as I really struggled to contend with sharpshooter!
He had the decency to fly up from Fuzhou, unfortunately due to a work/social commitment that emerged after we arranged everything I could not be as good a host as I intended. However, sharpshooter was so understanding. A genuinely great guy of the mats who I enjoyed an interesting conversation with over Mexican food and a beer.
Definitely recommended.

Have chatted with this big stud for a while and finally we got a chance to actually roll on mats. He has an excellent venue so we rolled a couple of rounds which were sweaty and fun without worrying anything else.

Nice person off mats as we had Mexican food and beer for dinner as well as good conversations!

Finally met up with SubmissionMSCL after years of trying and it was totally worth the wait. We had a great match which ended in multiple submissions and I think we both lost count. His scissors were surely painful and I was excited to trap him in mine several times. He has a amazing body and his pictures don't do him justice. I hope I can get to Boston soon to take him on again!

Etwas spät leider, aber jetzt komme ich auch endlich mal dazu, eine Empfehlung zu schreiben, denn Hanjo hat definitiv eine verdient. Hanjo ist ein sehr netter, freundlicher Mensch. Er hatte extra den Weg zu mir auf sich genommen und war mein allererster Fightgast, der Getränke und sogar eigene Matten mitgebracht hat! Er ist sehr offen und man kann sich wirklich gut mit ihm unterhalten.
Beim Fight hatten wir natürlich einen gewissen Gewichtsunterschied, aber das machte überhaupt nichts, denn Hanjo kann sich gut darauf einstellen und ist sehr vorsichtig und immer auf Sicherheit bedacht.
Insgesamt hatten wir einfach einen sehr netten und schönen Fightabend miteinander verbracht.

RJ is strong, skilled, very controlled and looks great in a singlet. Definitely look forward to being able to wrestle on proper mats in the future with a bit more room and with a better chance of actually applying some leverage and making this beast tap.

Had my first-ever match with Chicago when he was in my area after chatting about it for quite a few months. So glad we were able to connect! He was an excellent first opponent—patient, good at teaching moves, strong and aggressive while at the same time very safe and respectful. We exchanged a number of holds and worked up quite a sweat during the couple hours that we squared off. He’s also one of the nicest guys off the mat, and we had some great conversation. Moreover, he’s even better looking than his pictures! :) Highly recommend, and I look forward to a rematch with this great guy ASAP!
