Flattered and delighted that Claymore was prepared to travel from Aberdeen to London to join me at a mini meet with two others. (I must be doing something right.) He's a super wrestler and, boy, he looks stupendous in his pro gear. Generously, he wrestled down to my level - although I am certain he could have tied me in knots within seconds.

Oh-so-easy-to get on with, David was great company in the pub afterwards where we spent some time putting the world to rights. An unreserved recommendation from me. Thanks, David!

Strong, friendly and reliable opponent. Meet him if you have the opportunity !

Torrnado is the wrestling equivalent of a pocket battleship. Try as I might, I found it nigh-on impossible to make any kind of a dent in him. Our meet took five months to arrange, but boy was it worth every second of the wait to meet this charming and highly-skilled wrestler. It was to my good fortune that it was the hottest day of the year, the ensuing sweat-soaked contest meaning I could at least slither out of some his holds.

I know I am not alone in considering Steve something of a mentor: he took a genuine interest in my skill and ability, and willingly wrestled down to my level in a safe and controlled manner. (The only slight negative is that his jokes are worse than mine.) I truly consider it a privilege to have met him.

A brilliant two hour grapple concluded with a pleasant lunch in an (air-conditioned!) bistro, and a promise to meet again in a ring. And, of course, an unqualified five star recommendation from me.

Had to wait almost a year to meet in the ring at Walthamstow, and boy was it worth it! Thought I might fare a little better with a bit more room, and I suppose I did. Relatively speaking. Steve is a patient teacher and a true gentleman in all respects: I had a blast. An absolute legend. Thanks, Steve.

I'm glad I had a last minute chance to meet this stud in Athens, which was enough for a short submission fight and exchanging some heavy gut punching. I had a pleasure doing both. Although BoxerGr main trade is boxing, he is a very flexible wrestler who cannot be arm barred thanks to that amazing flexibility. When it came to gut punching we both killed each other's abs with no gloves, which was great fun. BoxerGr is a charming human being and a lovely host. I truly hope we get to meet again.

Cute and strong like small bull. He's really into winning so there was a bit less back and forth than I expected. Loved to let me get him in a hold then power out of it and use the same hold to submit me. Good time, good guy, and high recommendation.

I had a good match with Bob. He's very determined, fit, and knows how to put you in some pain with his holds. Nevertheless, I enjoyed tossing him around and making him tap out to my holds :P He's a lovely gentleman to hang out with after the match as well.

Took awhile.....a few years actually to finally meet. Strong and muscular build.....not a trained wrestler but willing to go the distance and wants to learn. I showed him a few holds but I'm not formally trained so I know my limitations as a coach. Good man......easy to communicate with.....keeps his "end of the bargain" and a fun wrestle too!!! Loves to wrestle and shows it......

I had a great time with KW - he was a willing jobber and we were able to try out different holds and moves. it was fun to experiment with locking him up in different pro holds (and as a jobber, he "sold" well).
KW is a nice, easy going guy and I hope to have a rematch some day.

Great way to kick off summer with this guy! Big....strong....and knows how to work his opponent on the mats. Had a “slight” size advantage on me but we both worked up a good sweat battling it out. Totally safe and sane on the mats and a great guy to hang out with. If you get the chance to wrestle him don’t pass it up...just be prepared!

Che dire, un submission match intenso e molto piacevole con questo bellissimo ragazzo.
Molto resistente alle prese, è stata davvero dura costringerlo alla sottomissione. Si vede che non è alle prime armi e più di una volta è andato molto vicino a battermi. Al di fuori della lotta è un ragazzo veramente gentile e alla mano.

Sicuramente consigliatissimo, spero di avere nuovamente la possibilità di lottare con lui in futuro.
