I've been really lucky to meet this fantastic fighter during my last trip to Manchester.
Chatting with him to schedule our meeting was really fast and fun at the same time.
We made a very funny match with some nice holds. A sweaty and action-packed match. Highly recommended fighter and I hope to see you again.

We met years ago while I was producing the STRONGHOLD: In the Grip of Wrestling documentary. He gave me a great tour of the area. Loves scissor holds!

When scubawrestler reached out for a last-minute hotel match, I scrambled to make time for a match, and I'm glad I did. He's a fun, friendly guy, and I enjoyed his conversation as much as his boxing and wrestling. Our match alternated between wrestling and deep dives into politics, history, and education–it's always nice to combine discussion with physical competition. Despite a significant size difference, he gave his all and kept me working to earn each tap, and I hope to meet him again during his next layover in Milwaukee!

Vic and I wrestled some years back. I remember enjoying the match.He and I share the same favorite hold in wrestling: headscissors. His are tough and methodical. I had a great time wrestling him

Lutamos umas 3 ou 4 vezes na minha primeira vez no site há alguns anos. Extremamente forte e experimente ele sempre levou a melhor, embora no último figth consegui fazer ele bater numa bela chave de perna hehe. Um verdadeiro ícone do site, está mais que recomendado.

When he walked into the door I knew I was in a little bit of trouble... and as much as I resisted everything he threw at me - I found myself submitting a good number of times. He used his height and skill definitely to his advantage and I found myself stretched in various holds. His scissor holds, obviously his signature move, were brutal. Definitely would meet up with him again!

I was under no delusion that I would stand much of a chance against wrestle bear. This man is incredibly strong andkniws his moves. I went from one submission to another for the entire evening. We had a great time he knows how to keep things safe and fun. You bigger guys out there need to get a hold of him. If you’re passing through Milwaukee don’t forget to give him a call he’s on my list for a rematch for sure and once again I’m under no delusion is that I stand much of a chance LOL.

Now I have experienced what his past opponents had said about him. He is definitely skilled. He made me submit and he also gave some punishments. The match was for short time but I really enjoyed it. Fighter like him is what encourages me to practice more. Highly recommended. -04/11/2019-

Update 22/06/2025
Wrestling tapout again after a few years was like coming full circle. He was one of the first guys I ever met from Meetfighters when I was just starting out, still figuring things out and wow, some things never change. He still completely owned and dominated me! Of course! 😅

That said, I’ve grown a bit since our first match, stronger and more confident so I could at least give him some resistance this time. But let’s be real. He’s incredibly trained, technically sharp, and just too good. I was locked down in tight submissions more than I can count, but I loved every second of it. Total workout, total thrill. Huge thanks to him for hosting as he’s an amazing host with a fantastic mat setup. We also did 3-way with wrestleindo.
Tapout is a wonderful guy and someone I’d wrestle again anytime in a heartbeat.

Recently I've been on a break due to my chronic injuries. But i still couldn't miss the opportunity to wrestle this MF legend. We agreed to go rather soft but it was still fun and we were both sweating at the end.
And to be clear, he did not had choice because he did extreme attention to my injuries which I really appreciate. So I could really have fun without worrying about it.
Off the mat, a great person and a welcoming host you won't regret to meet(and wrestle as well).
