I met Wrstlrbud at the Hillside wrestling event in the early 2000s. The first time he asked me to wrestle I thought he was joking since he is highly skilled and quite a bit bigger than I . Eventually I agreed to wrestle with him and as he had said he was really quite good about wrestling down to my level and size. I had a great time wrestling with Bud that day and several other times over the years. In addition to wrestling at Hillside Bud and I wrestled when he visited RI. If you want to entice Bud to wrestle just say that you will take him to Cracker Barrel after the match. It must be his favorite restaurant.

Wrestlingguy is a super and lovely guy, who I was very happy to introduce to the world of pro wrestling. He gave it a great shot and hopefully had a good time and learned a few things. A thoroughly decent chap who I’d happily recommend and would gladly call a friend.

One of the great things about this site is that every now and then I meet a truly wonderful person, and this guy is all that and more. He has an excellent body and is much stronger than you would expect from someone of his size. Great legs too. Even though he's recovering from a back problem, he was tough and aggressive, but in a safe and controlled way. We rolled around and had a tremendous amount of fun and did some very nice bonding on the mats. He's one of the sweetest and most sympathetic guys I've met on this site, and someone I hope to have as a long-term friend. If you want to meet a great guy and a fit strong athletic wrestler, you can't go wrong meeting him. I recommend him 100%.

I had just arrived in my hotel in Amsterdam and noted Funfighter was literally metres away. After confirming he wasn't hiding in my room (he was staying at the same hotel!), we made contact and before I'd even opened my suitcase he made his way to my room and we had a very brief but fun match. Amiable guy, good humoured when chatting and intense when grappling (watch out for the killer quads) I only wish we weren't passing each other in Amsterdam and had time for something longer. Perhaps the next time when we're in the same city 👍🏼
