GalMuscle is super strong fighter with killer muscles. He fights it hard and cannot surrender easily. His strong arms and legs can crash you in seconds. The more power you put on him the more he is unwilling to resist and will always find a way to come on top of you. Amazing fighter!

After warming up we did some rounds of easy boxing. We then added lowkicks for the next rounds. Finally we put on headguards and had two last rounds of intense sparring.
Although we had a size difference (in reach and in weight), he was able to build up pressure. Caught him with a right hook in the last round.
The sparring was always fair and controlled.

I enjoyed our meeting a lot. Not only the sportive part, but also the time outside the ring. Looking forward to glove up with him again. :)

Had an awesome back and forth promission match with Marc, he’s strong, smoking hot, and the cherry on top he’s one of the nicest and most courteous people I’ve wrestled, we had a good time exchanging holds and got some amazing pictures. I wrestled BIGNY this week-end at NYC ! Had lot of great time to wrestle and dominate him with my wrestling arsenal holds! : ) He have a good strength. He have great wrestling skills that he got from high school. He is strong , but i completely dominate him most of the time! : ) Both enjoyed to wrestle together. This guy can move! Had an awesome back and forth with him. I knew he had bjj training so I went in knowing anything could happen. His anticipation of movement made me work extra hard. That tight bod of his made it quite difficult to land a sub. Really strong resilience to pain too! Can’t wait to roll again stud!

Another rematch Feb 19 and whilst I feel my power and stamina diminishing with age, Shawn gets stronger and more dominant - I was well and truly owned. The best and a great host and guy.

Es hat zwar Jahre gedauert, bis wir uns wirklich getroffen haben, aber es wird sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal sein.

Es war ein kurzes Treffen. Dafür aber sehr anstrengend. Wir haben ein paar Runden geboxt und lowkicks ausgetauscht. Nach der 8. Runde war unser Sparring zu Ende nachdem ich gegen Ende der Runde heftig angeschlagen war. Seine Bauchmuskeln sind zwar momentan "unter einer dünnen Schutzschicht versteckt😉" dennoch war es mir nicht möglich ihn in die Knie zu zwingen.

Ich freue mich auf das nächste Treffen.
