Tomo came to mine for a roll and I became his jobber for the session, thank God for yoga lol needed to be bendy. Nice guy who knows his holds. Jobbers he his your guy, get ready to get bent.

Rhys is a terrific guy. I knew the minute I saw his profile that I wanted a match with him. We were finally able to make that happen during WF Canada ‘25 in Toronto. Though both pressed for time by calendars that included a number of matches back to back, I am very glad that we could connect for an enjoyable back and forth match. Good conversations, good wrestling and laughter to boot. I would like more time with him next time and look forward to that.

Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, mit quadi1 zu kämpfen, und ich bin absolut begeistert von der Erfahrung! Schon vor dem Treffen war quadi1 sehr nett, freundlich und höflich in unserem Chat.

Daher habe ich die Strecke auf mich genommen und bin zu ihm gefahren und wurde hervorragend empfangen. Er ist ein großartiger Gastgeber und ausreichend Platz und Matten zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach einem kurzen, angenehmen Gespräch ging es dann los mit dem Kampf.

quadi1 ist wirklich ein starker Gegner, was man sofort bemerkt. Er hat eine beeindruckende Körperbeherrschung und weiß genau, wie er seinen Körper im Kampf einsetzen muss. Obwohl ich noch ein Neuling bin und daher nicht viele Chancen hatte, konnte ich ihn zu meiner Überraschung einmal zum Tappen bringen.

Insgesamt war es ein fantastisches Erlebnis und ich kann jedem empfehlen, mit quadi1 zu kämpfen. Er ist nicht nur ein exzellenter Kämpfer, sondern auch ein absolut angenehmer Mensch.

Für ein Rematch bin ich immer zuhaben.

I was a very lucky jobber today. I got to meet and wrestle JC. It was a great experience for me, hes a nice guy but switched into heel mode straight off for the match and was soon throwing me around the ring and making me question my jobber-life choices. A very handily timed stress relief for me, I hope JC will have me back again soon, maybe i can flip the script...?

After much online chatting we finally met chatting and on mat, lovely friendly guy, watch out, he's more technically trained then he lets out 😉
Great guy

I was looking forward to meeting him and he didn’t disappoint. I knew I would have a hard time to go against those muscles but I had to try. He’s good, pretty face and strong body. He adjusted to my skillset and played safe, had fun rolling with him in his hotel room. I look forward to next time, and I’ll get better of him ;)

A great Wrestlefest Canada opponent. Already getting a true sense of each other in the chats, Blondbud and I instinctively gravitated. Sometimes even that respectful knock on the door solidifies it.

Sporting blue trunks to mirror his eyes, Blondbud and I channeled body contact and a whole lotta holds. We started with an extended kiss of death made worse (re: hotter) with a high quad grapevine. He winced beautifully. Then it was onto leg nelsons, reclining surfboards, double hammerlock + chinlock combos and — ohhhh yeah — an introduction to the sitting abdominal stretch. We had a particularly great talk as he suffered on the receiving end of a leg split. Each pin got lazier and more arrogant from roll ups to schoolboy specials. Loud slow counts ended with soft better-luck-next-time slaps. Such cool heat.

We hugged and wished each other well as he headed to his one o’clock and I set off for ramen. Blondbud’s the kind of quality, effortless connection whose match moments you know you’re going to be replaying in your head.
