When you first lay eyes on Ruffnhard, you know you're in for a serious tussle. But don't let his size be a deterrant. He adapts to your level so you both have a fun experience. But saying that, I stood no chance and was constantly needing to tap. He is also a great teacher giving me plenty advice to help me grow as a fighter. It was good to make the big man tap but we both know he kind of let me have those small victories.

Ruffnhard is a genuinely top bloke. I had a blast and I'm sure anyone who has a battle with this man will have a great time too.

14/10/2017: It was fantastic to have this quality wrestler join us for the OWG meet at the Wrestling Factory and hopefully Guysmiley enjoyed the meet (and the socializing afterwards) as much as we enjoyed having him there. It took a bit of coaxing to get him to strip off and get out on the mats, but that may have been a bit of a ploy as it meant I perhaps took his reticence for inexperience—and wow was I wrong about that! He is super strong and getting him turned was a mission: getting him to tap was beyond me. It was a lot of fun though, and he was always safe and sane. He also joined us for dinner afterwards, and although that would undoubtedly have confirmed everything everyone's ever heard about Britain and food, he was a convivial addition to our group, funny and quick witted and a pleasure to be around. I hope that we get Guysmiley back This Side soon!

Organised to meet up on the day and had a brief bout. Steve is strong and it has already been said by others his leathal weapon are his legs, once you get into a head scissors hold it’s difficult to get out. Enjoyed our meet although it was brief, will certainly want to meet him again and would recommend him. A genuine guy on and off the mats.

07 & 09/10/2017: ATONMAN's meet brought lots of great wrestlers to London, Mat74 not least among them. I was privileged to get several sweaty matches in with this tenacious, super fit and enthusiastic wrestler on both days and thoroughly enjoyed all my time with him. He's got some good grappling training, great instincts and a real desire to win, and that coupled with his superb stamina and cardiovascular fitness mean that he is hard work to contain and it's a great workout taking him on. He's always safe and sane and respectful of his opponent—even if he is usually suctioned onto him like a limpet. He joined us for dinner after the first meet and is excellent funny and intelligent company. Very highly recommended and it's great to hear that a rematch with Mat74 may not be too far away.

Aussie has two facets.. an enthusiastic and challenging boxer in the ring and a charming and interesting guy. Two pleasures in one go. If you have the opportunity to cross his path, do not hesitate to meet him!

Franz ist ein sehr guter Catcher mit einem richtig guten Body , der sich im Ring dem Kampf absolut "hingegeben" hat. Härte, Schmerz und unsportlicher Kampfstil beim Catchen bereiten ihm die gleiche Lust wie mir, so dass der Kampf über die 15 Runden langsam aber unaufhaltsam eskalierte :-). Die letzen Runden kam dann beim Chain-Catchen (fast ohne Regeln) auch noch die Kette intensiv zum Einsatz, so daß es am Ende zum vollständigen Kontrollverlust im Ring kam...

Außerhalb des Ringes ist Franz sehr freundlich und umgänglich

Ich kann Franz als Gegner uneingeschränkt empehlen und freu mich schon sehr auf unser nächstes Aufeinandertreffen

Great guy, got the chance to meet up with a few years back while he was stateside. Very skilled and can go any style you throw his way. Beast on the mat, and a really nice guy off the mat.

Tough, energetic, cute wrestler. Easy to schedule with and a lot of fun on the mat. Definitely look him up if you get to Boston.

Strong wrestler with a very good body. The long and intensive catchfight with IKBR was a great pleasure for me (I think for him too). He has very good skills for pro wrestling/ Catch. Two mean and sadistic wrestlers work each others bodies in my ring. The last of 16 (!) rounds we did mindblowing brutal chain wrestling without any rules, limits and time...

Off the ring very polite and gentle guy. Highly recommendable!

Always wanted to take this muscle man on the mats. Incredible incredible incredible is the only word to describe his skills and attitude to wrestling. Knows a lot of holds and happy to share his knowledge. A thoroughly decent guy too. Highly recommended.
