Years in the Making!

Cory and I have been chatting and exchanging ideas of things to do to each other for years, Finaly the planets aligned and ice had an epic match. A long drawn out pro fan tact back and forth match.. Highly recommend copy is fun on the matts and off the matts. he is quite strong and knows his moves! A most excellent match.

What a very sweaty fun match we had. Always wanted to meet Nakofi and finally got a chance. Nakofi was easy to set up a bout with, in great shape and alot of fun to take on. One of the nicest guys I have met on here. I def want to get a rematch in with him !!!! Highly recommended for a great workout and a great few hours of grappling

I had a great time with this BJJ experienced, well-balanced wrestler. He is a soft spoken nice guy outside of the mat, but strong and skilled on the mat, definitely love to challenge him again. Highly recommend! If you are visiting Ottawa!

jason is a very nice guy who stays in great shape and enjoys a fun but active match. I have known him years and our recent match on June 26 was as much fun as our first many years back. He knows his wrestling and is willing to go at any speed. Highly recommend!
