I am very honored to have wrestled NYC123. It was an amazing fight, and we had intense chemistry with us. He is very sweet and and awesome person to be around. I can't wait to see what our next match will be like.

Watch out Meet Fighters, this super strong, skilled, sexy and smart as fuck young wrestler is a force to be reckoned with. If he joined the wrestling team at his college he'd tear up the mats throughout the state and decimate every opponent in his weight class (and beyond), I have no doubt. Great communicator, super easy to schedule with, and had a super hot, super fun, super sweaty roll with him for 90 minutes - AFTER he had lifted weights at the gym for 2 hours! He is much more muscular than in his pics, and he masterfully applies his 8 years of Taekwondo fighting experience to submission wrestling, all to devastating effect. Given my size, we both thought I'd wipe the mats with him, but that's not at all how it went down. An awesome match - one of the very best - and I can't wait for more. He gets my HIGHEST recommendation.

Meeting dnaeel was a great experience! Setting everything up took just a few messages. With our similar stats and interests, I expected the rolling to get intense. Even though we both said we were tired from the week... it still turned out into a hard-fought meeting.

He’s a very charming and welcoming host, easy to talk to, but once we hit the mats he goes all in. The rounds were demanding, with both of us refusing to tap easily and constantly fighting for better positions, but always with real respect between us. The kind of active match I really enjoy and learn from.

A strong opponent and a great guy!

StartingFighter83 and I had a great training session on the mats.
He's still learning the ropes, but I have to say he's picking up the concepts and techniques surprisingly quickly. With people new to the mats, I usually only have time to teach one hold and submission, but with him, I was able to cover several.

We alternated between sparring and exploring techniques until we were completely exhausted, and I really enjoyed every moment of it. He's friendly, self-aware, respectful, smart, and eager to dive deeper into this world.

He doesn’t have a lot of free time, so before meeting up, he takes a little time to make sure everything feels right. But once he feels settled and comfortable, he follows through and makes it happen.

Northwrest is one of the best guys to meet in Toronto. I had a lot of fun rolling with him. He’s super nice, very chill, and he’s in great shape. Watch out for his legs, they’re extremely strong! I would match with him again anytime.

I had the chance to roll with LeeLocks at the open mats. We had some good rolls and he is definitely stronger than he looks. Even though the weight difference, I couldn't just toss him around. I hope we get to meet again.

Off the mats he seems really nice. I recommend rolling with him.

When Harris told me he had just started training in BJJ, I knew it would be a now-or-never moment: either take my last chance to come out on top, or get ready to get ragdolled as soon as his training will start kicking in.

Jokes apart - it looked like we had a similar approach to grappling, and I was super honoured that he was willing to hop on a train and make the match happen, although his planned holiday in Italy would be quite short overall.

Our match was technical enough to learn quite a lot from him while rolling, but also instinctive enough not to get bored. Constantly switching the plan because the other guy is defending so well - that's the definition of a perfect roll, isn't it? I don't often get that perfect mix of competitiveness and friendliness. Also, his stamina is outstanding and he could keep a steady pace from beginning to end, which was super cool. My cycling pales in front of his ultra-running and I still can't realize how I managed to keep up to the same energy level.

Also loved to talk about training and shared feelings about the BJJ group in Mechelen, the amazing guys there and the infamous sanding mats in the training hall.

I definitely look forward to a rematch but I already know I'll need to step up my game if I don't want a completely different result!

Had an absolutely great time meeting and wrestling LeeLocks. Honestly the perfect way to start my first match of WrestleFest Toronto. The roll had a great balance of skill, challenge, and fun, with a really nice back-and-forth that kept things interesting the whole time.

LeeLocks is controlled, technical, and easy to wrestle with. The communication was clear, the pacing felt natural, and the whole match stayed safe while still being exciting. That mix made the session not only enjoyable but memorable.

Would definitely be happy to meet again for another round — whether technical, competitive, or just for fun. Thanks again for making that first WF match such a great experience.

Been wanting to take this dude on for quite a while and we finally had the chance to lock up! Our match was even better than expected. His muscled body shows his hard work and he's got skill to go with it. Loved rolling with this tough guy, and look forward to our next. I've been a fan for a long time and that's not gonna change. Great addition to the community. Highly recommended!

Raven is a great person and a blast to wrestle! I was constantly trying to figure out how to get an advantage on him....and how to keep him from reversing it back on me! It was a ton of fun grappling with him and I'm looking forward to a rematch sometime.
