Speedy26 was a tough opponent and, despite having quite a bit more weight than him, our fights were very even. He definitely has strength and stamina, while being so good looking it is almost distracting ;-)
Outside of the fight, he is an interesting guy and the afternoon we spent wrestling, together with Samuray, was very chilled and fun.

Dany is a strong and muscled wrestler. Wrestling with him was exhausting. With his powerful arms, he immobilises you and it's not possible to escape. Dany is a guy very friendly and kind.

AD idf est sans aucun doute l'un des meuilleurs lutteurs que j'ai recontre sur ce site et ailleurs. Il est tres doue physiquement, mais surtout il est exceptionellement complet du point de vue technique. Il maitrise a la perfection tous les domaines et les schemas dont il sait donner une demonstration exemplaire. Pendant les deux jours qu'on a passe ensemble a Milan, nous avons fait plusieurs rounds,ou mieux, il m'a donne plusieurs lecons, ce que j'ai enormement apprecie et dont je n'hesite pas a le remercier de toute ma voix. Durant ce temps nos matelas synthetiques se sont transforme en veritable Academie ou, grace a cet adversaire d'exeption, j'ai eu la possibilite d'approfondir dans les details certains passages techniques particuliers. Sa maitrise technique a naturellement permis que tout se deroule dans un contexte de toute securite, ce qui constitue un atout supplementaire. Comme l'on dit en francais :ca va sans dire, je recommande AD idf a tout le monde! J'espere vraiment de le rencontrer de nouveau ici a Milan, ou en France ou ou qu'il soit pour une nouvelle lecon!

Met Gary at Walthamstow mat room today with a couple of other guys. My time with Gary was mostly spent punching his abs amd enjoying watching him squirm haha!!! He can take a lot of punishment, having let one guy at him before me, and then letting another guy go after me!!!! Sad to say my abs are no where near as conditioned and i could only take a few hard hits......ah well motivation to keep at it and maybe one day have abs of steel like this man.

Dank waterRescue und Fraank hatte ich die Chance mit Mic2017 auf der Matte zu landen. Als sogenannter "Anfänger" hat er mich durch seine kraftvolle, angriffslustige und leidenschaftliche Gegenwehr ganz schön ins Schwitzen gebracht. Noch ein paar Kampferfahrungen mehr - und Du bist ein nicht zu unterschätzender Gegner.
Toller athletischer Body, natürliche Ausstrahlung, einfach sympathisch nett - und das Kräftemessen mit Dir hat mir wirklich großen Spaß bereitet.
So kann ich Dich, allen Anfängern und auch "Profis" nur total empfehlen.
