Had a good, if brief, roll with this guy recently. He's strong and has plenty of moves to draw on and this is before his new interest in BJJ classes! Well worth hitting the mats with.

Also very friendly guy off the mats.

Had a great time wrestling this guy. He's strong, aggressive, and fun. Glad he took a little time off to meet, quite rare in LA busy life. We had pretty intense pro matches with some sub moves I threw in. He's also a laid back, friendly guy when not putting you in a hold. Hope to meet and wrestle again sometime.

Yogi que je suis, je connais des Yoga Classes très cool voire trop calmes, d'autres beaucoup plus dynamiques voire épuisantes ... et il y a des cours également que l'on appelle Yoga Flow, qui ont la capacité de vous maintenir concentré, musclé et détendu ...

Lutter avec Link c'est s'approcher de l'esprit du Yoga Flow, c'est mettre l'accent sur la transition, jouer d'un mouvement rythmique presque parfaitement coordonné, au point de ne former qu’un superbe enchainement qui saura satisfaire votre corps et votre esprit ...

C'est fluide, presque totalement naturel, à la fois tonique et pourtant dans une ambiance particulièrement apaisante ... le corps se met en tension et l'esprit s'évade ...

Un très bon moment passé en sa compagnie, digne descendant d'Hippocrate, à partager On & Off the mats !

Frank is a real sincere guy who LOVES to fight. He is a very aggressive boxer - if he wasn't taking it easy on me he definitely could have drawn blood or put me on the ground. However, he wants to make the experience fun for both of you, so we did light sparring.

He is the definition of going either mild or wild, and if you want to go all out, he will fight 100%. He'll even do bare knuckle (which is too crazy for me...)

We also did quite a bit of grappling. With more practice, he could really develop a good ground game.

It's all about aggression and the love of the fight with Frank. That's what this site should be about.

Honored that I was his first match. Very nice guy, strong and can take a lot of abuse. Have some very nice costumes if you're into that kind of thing!

Through the years I've been lucky to meet and grapple some very good guys . Today I got the chance to meet probably the ABSOLUTE BEST , there is . There was nothing i could do to stop the schooling via beating that I got , and loved every second of it . The skill and tempo this guy has is of the highest level as so are his sense of placement and technique . Utterly powerful and gentle at the same time , this was a benchmark moment in my wrestling experience and EVERYONE who's really into wrestling should try out this guy if only once! There's no one better according to me and an absolute kind gentleman off the mats ! Highest recommendation would be an understatement ! Mkell is a superlative wrestling experience in every sense !

Rugby is a great guy, we met at the matroom and had a few rounds. He is a great addition to the wrestling tribe. He is learning fast and soon will be a rising Scottish star.

Great guy and a fun wrestler. He is very skilled and is helpful in teaching new holds. Very fit guy in great shape. I hope next time we meet I can put up more of a challenge.

Had a great time with Jimmy. Great guy, good wrestler, and an awesome house guest. Jimmy stayed at my place for three days of Thunderdome V, and was fun, lively and fit in comfortably with a large and diverse crowd. We had some good fun. And Jim, if I got a bit too rough in our Sunday morning tussle, you have my respect and admiration for taking it so well....:) You are welcome anytime bro.
