Incredible wrestler! Even though recovering from being unwell BearRoma kept his promise, great communication and on time.
I was also a little unwell so we traded holds - BearRoma has incredible agility and control, showing me some new holds and having some fun with it too. Always safe and sane, and a true gentlemen. We had a great conversation after the match too. Highly recommended!

April 2017 Fast forward several years and the rematch finally happened. Absolutely worth the wait! Wrestling in a ring this time meant that we could do a lot that our first matchup didn't permit. I had a great time working him over in all sorts of ways...not that he just rolled over and took it, mind you. I got hit with some wicked bulldogs and lost a couple of pins to him as well. I managed a pin and a couple of submissions, but it was uncertain who the clear winner was. Looks like another meet is due to settle the score. Here's hoping it's soon...Mr Brightside is an absolute blast on the mats. Thanks dude!

17/08/2012 I had a thoroughly enjoyable matchup with Mr Brightside this week, one which we've been trying to arrange for rather a long time. He was definitely worth the wait–friendly, personable & easygoing and an enthusiastic competitor on the mats. We did lots of give-and-take, with some subs thrown in and a bit of pro...all of it top-notch. He looks fantastic in his tight lycra gear, too! Be sure to meet him if you have the opportunity; I'm already looking forward to our next match.

Bomber was a bomb, taking it all in without exploding... literally but he does have high level of tolerance in pain, real nice guy off the mats, and taking good angles in photography. i would def want to work him over again, i just have to try looking better in pictures...

what a powerful strong guy...can be a heel or a jobber and of course with me he was a HEEL and played the role quite well. Hope we can meet again so he can work me over again

Had an incredibly fun, long, and hot back-and-forth promission match with this stud. His racks and slams are for real - and he's as amazing at taking control as a heel with taking a bit of punishment as a jobber. And of course as others have noted is a very friendly and gracious host that was a pleasure to chat with after the match. Hope to get a rematch soon!

It was great meeting up with Rob at Wrestlefest in Toronto after not seeing one another for several years. This man is the MAN! Some of my best wrestling moments from the weekend were on Rob's mats in his room. He is still the submission King! More important is the fact that hanging out with Rob throughout the weekend made it a special experience for me. Thanks Big Man for everything this past weekend - it would not have been as much fun without you!

I forgot to write this reco after the Clash last year. This guy is an awesome sub wrestler. We had several matches over the 2 days and we wrestled in the submission championship round which I lost. Good guy, skilled and overall highly recommend. Hope we meet up again soon.

Well...well...well...... where to start?

This yound chap is a great and explosive wrestler, in the short time he has been wrestling he has definately demonstrated fast paced learning with a high retention of what he has learnt. This results in a young, fast, determined and energetic arse kicker! Tough and durable, he ride out holds and forces his chances to turn the tables. And even though he is one great wrestler, he is fantastically respectful to his opponents.

Off the mats he is a great laugh, sharp minded and very open in conversation. I would recommend him for any skill level, but I especially recommend him to those who want a good rough aggressive match - he is capable of giving guys much bigger than him great challenge.

It was a real pleasure to wrestle this powerful, energetic, young whipper snapper. "Viking" who has only recently joined 'MF'. He hasn't received any formal training of any combat sport, but has somehow picked up a few quick and crafty submission moves. Hopefully l will get the chance to meet him again on his short path to being a very competitive, confident champion.

Well the rumours are true - J is a fast, skilled and savvy wrestler! He knows how to punish you if you take too long to make your move, yet a proper gent at the same time!

Off the mats he is a typically humourous scotsman, great to talk to and can keep you engaged with relative ease.

I can only join the army of others who highly recommend this guy, he is great for wrestlers of any skill level.

Strongly recommended! We had a good fight with some stakes and a good chat afterwards.
