This man is an amazing guy with an incredible body, a lovely attitude and the skill and the power to give you a perfect fight. He can endure a lot, but also put you in painful holds. My superiority at the beginning of the fight had to be handed over to him, because I had not enough stamina for this beast.

I totally recommend this man for a fight and also for a nice chat. One of the nice guys here!

A very good physique on this opponent. Prominent pecs and glutes. You need to get on top of him first otherwise he is very hard to dislodge. Had a good sweaty battle and off the mats was a really pleasant and personable guy.

I met lukas at his place. A fantastic place for everyone who like fight sport and gym. Lukas is very strong skilled and know how use them to put you in holds. We have good play on his judo mat in real good spirit. I am just unlucky at the end with his scissor because I try to turn on same time and the rib take the scissor even if lukas take care. He his very friendly guy and hope we can meet again one day.

Je regrette d'avoir causé une douleur à Alain et j'espère de n'avoir pas cassé ses côtes dans mon ciseau! A mon estimation le ciseau n'était pas trop fort et je vais être beaucoup plus prudent la prochaine fois. Désolé et bon rétablissement!
Il m'a visité chez moi pour un combat dans ma salle de lutte et il est arrivé à l'heure précise. D'abord, nous avons fait quelques combats et ensuite de
l'entraînement des prises, surtout le dormeur et le ciseau et la tactique du changement de l'attaque et de la défense.
Malheureusement la fin cètait sa blessure!
Revanche à la prochaine fois!
