I met with him when he spent a month touring in Florida. We had a good couple of hours trading holds and taking pics. we did jobber/heel matchup. Nice guy.

I don't believe in god, but: Oh my goodness!
It's like he's not a human :D His power is impressive and his body is extremly good! Although we just had tiny space and time, we did the best out of it! He lifted me several times with ease like I'm a child, he even did squats with me like it was nothing!
Next time (and there will be a next time for sure!), we will have more time so we can find out who is the better fighter ;) Although he's such a nice guy, I'm sure he will be very angry when he will lose against me ^^

GrapplingHB is a technical wrestling machine. He might be small, but that doesn't change the fact that he is strong and definitely knows what he's doing!
He's a skillful grappler on the mats, keeping a high tempo and most importantly always keeping it safe!
Off the mats he's a very easy to handle guest, showing up where and when we agreed and good to talk to! I can't recommend him highly enough!

Charming, intelligent, handsome guy who's great company off the mats. We met to try some gut punching and despite his initial scepticism we quickly found some mutually enjoyable common ground :-) Good physique and I imagine he's a proficient wrestler. Hope to meet again.

Sept 2016 - have met FW about 5 times over the last 10 years. Great guy, always a fun meet.

Meet the star! Fighting with Lugi was a great experience, he is strong and have a great technique, furthermore he also got a great sense of humour. Hope to wrestle again, with or without rock bouldering!

Had a great time with this guy once we finally got the chance to meet up. Worth the wait, he showed some good moves, and a little heel side to himself as well, good times.

Had several fun matches with this man, always impressed with what he can take, and even more impressed when I'm able to pick his brain afterwards.

Inoubliable week end de lutte avec un adversaire déjà très expérimenté au corps ferme et bien dessiné, toujours décidé à tout faire pour avoir le dessus et qui n'abandonne jamais.un vrai plaisir !
Ce fut très agréable d’échanger nos connaissances et de nous enseigner mutuellement nos prises et parades préférées.
En dehors de la lutte garçon très sympatrique, gentil , ouvert qui s' intéresse à tout. Un vrai plaisir!

What everyone else has posted about Alan is true, except how quickly one can become his friend. We traded moves and worked each other over pretty good all the while discovering how much we had in common. I highly recommend him as an opponent but also a delight to just sit down and have a drink with.
