Update on 10-4-2026 on my shoulder recovery.
Hi guys , I’m getting really better and still have some fun doing some wrestling- pro and submissions. Let’s mainly have fun and making friends. Still working on getting my strength back to normal but able to be a challenge. I have mats in my shop.
