Living in S Philly w 12'x6" wrestling mats/mirrors in basement. Pro matches only - not competitive. All for fun flexing and muscle action. Open to all ages 21+, shapes and sizes. I enjoy long sessions and having a good sweaty workout so challengers being in shape and conditioned is important. Flexing and trash talking a plus. Heel vs Jobber or Heel vs Heel. Non competitive - no injuries. Gear and creativity a plus. Wrestle fun and safe.

Back down to 189# and feeling strong and more conditioned with new workout regime. Calisthenics to increase hip mobility and spine rotation. Some weight training because I still dig muscle.
