What kind of match? I divide fights into five categories: (1) MMA (Muay and Thai boxing). (2) submission (without strikes). (3) free style wresting (no submissions, no strikes). (4) Sparring (more control than win). (5) intense warming up plus pain (from unresisted submission holds). Fighting is defined by speed, strength and the skilled projection of force. My percentage shorthand for the five levels are (1) 125%, (2) 100%, (3) 75%, (4) 50%, (5) 25%.
