For competitive matches I usually do amateur/scholastic wrestling. It is designed for two guys to go at it without injury or ending up in the hospital.

Because I have done so much amateur wrestling in the past, prefer to do slow paced, give-and-take, muscle pro. Not everyone cup of tea but it allows me to show off moves, sell some moves and enjoy the scenery as the match proceeds. Generally wear minimal gear: black briefs or Speedos.
