Fun, laid back guy here, looking to make friends and have some fun. Looking for long hard sweaty matches, with Long held submission holds. In addition, looking for give-and-take, practice holds. My favorite holds are : bearhug, body scissors, head scissors, full nelson, ab stretch, over the knee back breaker and torture rack.
Currently a little on the stocky side, but hitting the gym real hard, Working out 6x a week, twice a day to get rid of the fat and make myself more athletic.
