Wrestling End
Last few weeks ago had bad back ,cleared in a week ,but now back again one side in agony and affects leg too ,I may have to stop any competative wrestling forever,I'm still hoping for one last meet in Dec but even that's unlikely now

Maybe take a break from bouts to allow you to recover, but stay on here to keep in touch with your many friends and past opponents.

11/19/2025 4:33 PMWe are all getting a bit older and yes sometimes a bit more fragile (we don't want to admit that). Maybe slowing down and just taking longer brakes between bouts. It can work out for the best. Keep at it and don't give up.

11/19/2025 5:00 PMNo pun intended, but I feel your pain. Have had problems with my back for years, then add neck pain from unknown source. Doctors, physical therapy, now a chiropractor all hoping I can get back to wrestling. When it’s the darkest, something will surprise you!🤞
