U look great man but you can bulk even more if you want! Try to bulk another 10 and lift heavy weights and then lean out in April for June. It will be worth it 💪
yea, careful, he has a small frame and ;likely does not have he same genetic predisposition to gain muscle mass as others - likely including you. Overtraining a small guy is pretty useless and can be detrimental.
Maybe you have medical info on him I don't.
I'll add one more point. I am not a huge fam of bulking and cutting. To be fair you have clearly not overeaten - still pretty athletic and trim. But gaining a lot of excess fat is not needed and not healthy, Juts keep enough of a caloric (including the right macros) to keep gaining. Just enough.
