Had a great night wrestling with Matthew. Fantastic stamina and strength, he managed to flip this fat carcass over a few times. An utter sweat fest but I ain't complaining. A lovely guy and very mindful of my dodgy knee.

Luché con Louis dos veces en su visita a Lima hace unas semanas. Luchador fuerte y tosudo que te opone la resistencia necesaria para que el combate sea bueno y valga la pena. Esta vez no le fue suficiente su empeño, pero quizá lo logré cuando luchemos de nuevo tal vez en París. Muy buen trato y respeto fuera del tatami, luchador y amigo altamente recomendable.

Had a gutpunching match with Jan a couple of days ago. Although he hadn't been gutpunched before, he was an eager target for my fists and we both had a great time as I pushed his limits. He's a friendly guy and a good laugh too :-)

What about Carlos? He is an outstanding wrestler experienced, powerful, strong and skilled. He is a great wrestler who is very familiar with the necessary taken to block you and make you give up. Despite my small force, I have watched helplessly against a powerful wrestler like him. He adapts his power to his opponents and he knows exactly how he can block you. And all this security for you. He is also strong in submission wrestling than pro wrestling.
He is also a perfect man out of the ring or mats, considerate, polite, respectful, kind and friendly. a perfect man. a powerful wrestler.
