This guy is what we call a crouching tiger hidden dragon (actual Chinese proverb). PGR is actually very experienced and gave me an extremely hard time to grapple him despite my weight advantage. Highly recommended fighter!

Took a while for me to book a time with Ben but the match worth the wait. Had a wonderful time wrestling with him and definitely can take my moves. Enjoyed the post-match dinner and chatter. Really liked his attitude in discovering more wrestlers!

This dude is very easy to organise things with and a nice little jobber to demolish! He's also very knowledgeable on pro which won't help the next opponents...

His abs are strong. I hit him with all my might in a varied and thoroughly enjoyable session.

For over two hours, it was hot watching him sweat as he took the punches in different positions. We tied him to the wall and a bench, and we finished on the floor until we couldn't take any more. He really takes a punch.

Had a very rough and competitive match with this mountain of a man a few years back. He is obviously very tough, incredibly strong and an excellent competitor. I took 2 energy drinks before this match lol. Very reliable, easy to set up a match, great communicator, and a great man. Would absolutely wrestle him again and give two thumbs up on my match with him. Awesome experience and a great human!

Vy easy to arrange with and no sooner had we made contact than he was coming over to roll!
He's clearly got a Bjj background and it was quite a technical match that I had to really think about to get any progress against him. Great guy and thoroughly enjoyed taking him on which I vy much hope to do so again
