I finally got to meet SP after chatting intermittently over the years. We wrestled on the mats at the Yorkshire Dales meet and let me tell you this is a strong, tough and determined wrestler. We rolled around and got equal submissions, he has a mean headlock which I reluctantly tapped to. Off the mats he’s a charming and intelligent man who I’m glad I had the privilege of meeting, thanks mate.

Had an absolute blast with Fight4Control. Went hard and had an awesome match. On the mats a total beast. Off the mats could not ask for a nicer guy. Definitely looking forward to round 2.

Like many good wrestlers Paul underestimates himself, strong fit guy, with a mean body scissors and good stamina, no qualms about taking on a heavier opponent, got stuck right in, not been wrestling long, but has built up an impressive portfolio of past opponents.
Enjoyed wrestling and talking with him and would happily do it again. Safe , sane and recommended.

Super moment passé avec MwrestlerR qui a un physique incroyable. On a fighté pendant 2 heures ou plus et on a bien transpiré (en même on s'est vu en pleine canicule).
Attention à ses jambes, il n'a pas besoin de trop serrer pour vous faire taper. Il a une force de fou, ce qui lui permet de se sortir de certaines prises et de vous soulever sans peiner. Quand il aura plus de technique, il sera encore plus redoutable !!!

Happy things aligned to host a four-man meetup with CorlL, KBlume and YYC Pro. As of this very moment, the first two are going at it all breathy and sweaty. ;)

YYC Pro is as much of a gentleman outside the match as he is fierce on the mats. When it was our turn to roll, he was an intuitive pro with natural instincts, elbow dropping and sleepering me from behind, both of us on our knees. He did several submission rounds with another Calgary opponent – KBlume – then adjusted to promission for an intense lockup vs. CorlL.

Before YYC Pro had to go, we triple-teamed the man. KBlume grabbed one leg, I took the other and CorlL went to work on that neck. Pretzeled, rolled up and neutralized, I brought out my new finisher: the Calgary Slap (when the victim can't move, you go for a soft smack to the face).

A good guy. Here's to more matches for him and, hopefully, a rematch down the line!

Después de semanas de planeacion tuve mi encuentro con este increible luchador, wow es muy fuerte y con mucha fuerza de agarre y con buena técnica, como persona es muy amable, respetuoso y puntual, fuen una lucha dura pero divert8da espero por volver a repetir para una revancha 😎💪

Met up with wrestlinstudd after chatting for awhile and am so glad I did! Man is strong, skilled, but knows how to keep it safe! He’s super easy to chat with both on and off the mats and am so glad I linked up with him! I can’t wait for round 2 down the line!

When he saw my itinerary was bringing me to Calgary, KBlume messaged. It was such a kind, thoughtful introduction. Not only did the tight schedule work out, but a 1 on 1 evolved into a three-way and, beautifully, a four-man meetup with CorlL and YYC Pro.

The locals rolled first. KBlume clashed multiple rounds with YYC Pro in an intense submission bout. He rolled with CorlL in promission, giving way to two simultaneous man-on-mans. It was sweaty fun to heel KBlume, including an extended crucifix and a camel clutch that turned into a scissors nelson. Then the three of us ganged up on YYC before he had to ship out.

That left taking turns double teaming. CorlL took the brunt, twice. Hamstrings working overtime as his legs were forced in opposite directions while he got dragon sleepered or bent backwards on his neck. KBlume suffered in a scissors across the shoulder blades… all while getting Boston Crabbed.

When CorlL signed off, KBlume ended up on his stomach. Chinlocked. RNC-ed. Then on his side in a my corkscrew body scissors.

We talked life before it was time to go. He definitely put a bow on my nearly three month wrestling tour. Seek out KBlume if your travels bring you to Alberta and beyond.
