Rusnak is recommended by Wrestler90 (5/21/2025)

Rusnak is a great guy and very strong. Was on me the second I walked through the door. We enjoyed a nice back and forth and he gave me some boxing pointers as well. It eventually became more of a passionate meet up but that’s more on me for being such a horn dog. Great guy!

For the record, on my cross-country wrestle roadtrip, matches – having them in my book is winning, regardless of results – have been 50/50 on outcomes. An opponent earlier mused about a recent losing streak, haha. Tonight's opponent (the third in a triple-header) should deep six those thoughts. Thank you to #29, the funtastic Jobberboy255.

Excited for him to finish work early, we met ahead of schedule. After an icebreaker recap of my journeys, including a common opponent or two, the destruction commenced. There's something about locking in a victim point blank, running them through the arsenal gauntlet. Repeat stops on camel clutches and mercilessly cranked body scissors, even playing a blinking game: he's spared the latter so long as he keeps his eyes open. Grr. Ice from me, grimaces from him, laughter from both. He tried to fight back throughout, but was reminded the consequences. Cue more ice, grimaces and laughter. Two and a half hours and fifty (yup) submissions later, I bid goodbye for now to the sore-happy camper.

Jobberboy255 is the type of guy who gives squashes a good name.

I had the honor of finally meeting up with liketowrestle this evening. He was everything I expected and more. Big muscle guy with incredible strength, power, and skill
He overpowered me and outmaneuvered me from the start, but was patient and showed me a lot of moves. Both safe and sane as well.
Great to talk with off the mats and I can't wait to meet up again asap.

Buzzsawyer is recommended by BackToPro (5/21/2025)

It meant a lot to me that it meant a lot to Buzzsawyer that he was my 27th opponent on this life-changing cross-country wrestle trek. As a man's man and someone so comfortable in his own skin, he – my lone stop in Western PA – "got it". Guys, if you're in the Pittsburgh area, what are you waiting for?

I'd reached out to him several months back. Someone sharing the name of one of my all-time favorite heels was, of course, going to be really cool. Incredibly, the approximate target meet-up date lined up exactly when we pushed the match from afternoon to morning. He's an early riser; I was road-weary and bruised (how did I end up with that cut on my forehead?) from a stack of matches and miles. But, as always, we just communicated. He "got it".

Cue the sweaty wrestling. After an exchange or two of holds, we went alpha. Soon, our grips and stares were locked in a test of strength that gave way to steeled expressions, testosterone growls and reassuring smiles. We got so caught up in some version of a rolling bearhug that we both went tumbling off the edge of the bed. Okay, that was really funny. But in between, we got serious, talking life and vowing for a rematch, hoping our paths would cross again.

He's a good man. Hit him up.

BackToPro is recommended by Jobberboy255 (5/21/2025)

BacktoPro was an amazing opponent and I would easily recommend him to anyone. It was very easy to set up a match with him. We had originally scheduled our match for after 7, but I was luckily able to get out of work early and headed over to him. Once I got to his hotel room, he made it his mission to make sure I was comfortable before we started wrestling. Hearing about his trip makes me excited for the day I will be able to take a wrestling trip of my own. Once we got started, however, he went into beast mode and made sure that I meant it whenever I said I give. He was stronger than I expected and no matter how hard I tried to get the upper hand, he always made sure that he ended up on top, and would make sure I was properly punished for trying. The 2 and a half hours we had definitely made my week, and I will hopefully meet up with him again in the future.

I have been chatting with Joelwrestler for a while to set up a match, after a few schedule changes and flight delays on my travels the timing finally aligned to get some grappling in! Joelwrestler is a fun guy to wrestle and muscle around with, super easy to communicate with to coordinate a match and a great conversationalist during and after the match! If you have the opportunity to meet and wrestle Joelwrestler, do it, highly recommended, looking forward to our next match! Mark

On my wrestling road trip, I've driven literally up and down from coast to coast. Driving and coordinating work/matches is one thing. I don't forget that the opponents on the other end sacrifice, too.

That brings me to opponent #28. ColumbusKiddo1986 was so accommodating that this awesome, awesome guy literally got up out of bed early before his work shift – just so we could square off. I've always admired his creative gear-headedness, and he sported iconic silver print black trunks complete with glossy Japanese shoot fighter pads and futuristic boots. At some point when he was working his way out of a body scissors combo, the yawns and cobwebs caught up. The selfie-tripod and lighting gear will have to film another day.

But on this day, in between rolling a bit, we were technicians taking turns trading holds. A crucifix for The Undertaker's finishing move. A (my turn) bow and arrow for a (your turn) Mother's Milk. An ab stretch for a Gargono Escape (picture a Nagata Lock with the opposite arm draped over the aggressor's shoulder). Definitely adding some of these to my arsenal. Thanks, ColumbusKiddo1986 – appreciate you!

It wa great meeting neolutteur75 , and roll on the mats. He made me break a sweat and bringing my A game, and a smile that just floats there as well. Strong, with high endurance and a great attitude.
Off the mats, a respectful man, interesting and friendly, positive approach and charming.

BackToPro is recommended by ColumbusKiddo1986 (5/21/2025)

Today's meetup with BackToPro was a back to basics session. We exchanged and showed each other new holds, which turned into more of a stress relieving session than anything else. Fantastic personality and conversation. Very knowledgeable about pro wrestling holds and history. Extremely safe, sane, and accommodating. I would love to wrestle him again when we're fully rested, instead of running on fumes from work and travel.
