Dirka, the power tank! This man is extremely strong. In a competitive 1:1 fight I would have zero chances to win. However, for Berlin WrestleFest we agreed to have a 2:1 match to balance the odds. In cooperation with SeattleFight, we were able to contain and put Dirka through a painful and fun work over. Dirka is a sharp individual, efficient in planning, decisive to schedule the match ahead of time, reliable to show up as agreed and fun to be around. The communication prior to the match was always clear and the trash talk with him was so much fun because he has a great sense of humour. Dirka is a sane fighter, capable of dialling his strength and wrestling abilities to adapt to his opponents and to make the matches safe and enjoyable. Dirka has my full recommendation as someone who can make a match as challenging or as playful as you agree. Guaranteed fun and tough match!

I met Chipo Zhang during one of the open mats at WrestleFest EU. He came in totally fresh to wrestling, and I was happy to introduce him a bit to the world of grappling and rolling around on the mats. And I’m pretty honored to have been his very first opponent.

Even without experience, he was already surprisingly strong for his size and clearly had the drive to win, which I always appreciate. We had a couple of rolls together, I showed him a few basic moves, and you could already see him improving session by session.

Now, after this crazy WrestleFest week is over, I noticed he already picked up 10 more opponents ☺️ so he’s definitely motivated to learn and keep going.

Curious to see his progress at the monthly Fight Night next month. Definitely in for a rematch.

An impromptu meetup on my last day in Berlin allowed me the chance to share the mats with this colorful character. What needs saying first is that he is every bit as deadly as his other recommendations surely mention. While smiling and and seemingly cruising at 30% effort, he was easily able to control me for most of our rolls, never using excess strength(though yes, he is very strong) to force his will and always flowing through positions. Thankfully, he's not a person completely without mercy, and was able to keep shifting his approach so that it was both a lot of fun and a difficult challenge at all times. I even managed to make him tap at one point, though I partially suspect it was mostly due to his fondness of being squeezed... Either way, he was quickly back to continuing the worst beatdown I'd gotten all week, but with his typical grace lol

Aside from his skills, I would say Xsehu has a chilled out and playful demeanor that helped me really feel at ease. The fact he's handsome and has a nicely sculpted body doesn't hurt either. I felt I only saw the tip of the iceberg with this guy, but still happy to say he's one of the best people I met all week amongst a great bunch

Have known Roughmalla for almost 10 years through Facebook, but we finally met in person after nearly a decade — and the only regret is that we didn’t meet sooner. We had some fun banter for a few days before the match, which made the meetup even more exciting. We ended up having more than 3 hours of intense grappling, and within no time both of us were completely drenched in sweat. At several moments it became extremely difficult to control or dominate each other, but that’s exactly what made the session so enjoyable for me. When it comes to strength, this guy has insane raw power and he already gave me a solid demo of it 😜. Technically, he’s honestly one of the best wrestlers I’ve met so far. His knowledge of wrestling techniques is on another level. I genuinely felt he was going easy on me and keeping the session playful so that it stayed competitive, back-and-forth, and fun for both of us.

Outside the mat, he’s a very decent, humble, and friendly person, and I truly enjoyed spending time with him as a friend as well. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a serious and intense wrestling match , trust me, you won’t be disappointed.
Looking forward to a rematch once he’s back in India again. Till then, take care buddy and happy fighting 💪
