Recommendations

Pencak has joined the site recently and sent me a message, asking if I was okay to coach a newcomer. He was fine to join other rather newbies - so we ended up in a lunchtime group training session. I showed basic positions and some techniques just to give some ideas. Then, we did some sparring and he rolled with the two other group members, roughly around his weight, height and age, and me. Pencak did well, being this his first time. It is clear that one lesson is not enough to learn all this - and I am not a professional coach either ;-)

Pencak is very reliable and polite. If you get the chance to support him in his learning journey in grappling, do not hesitate to do so.

Awesome guy to wrestle against! He gave me a few tips for my wrestling matches and to practice but overwall, super fun. He's also very genuine and sweet :)

I had a great match with Throw! He's a strong and experienced grappler, and really helped me with my techniques. He's a great teacher and patient opponent. Looking forward to wrestling him again!

We met at the Berlin fight club. He's an amazing teacher with a ton of knowledge and experience. He showed me a few techniques before letting me practice them while rolling.

Good thing he only does playful fighting with 50% strength, because that's all it took to completely dominate me. I had a lot of fun rolling with him and would love to meet again.

He is a very down to earth person to meet. But skilled and well experience in wrestling. He respected limits. Was great wrestling him. Highly recommend him.
