Did not get the chance to have a proper roll with Tapout at WF Berlin, so was happy we did partner up at Freestyle Wrestling initiation. It was good fun with this friendly guy, he seems to be fast and smooth in his movings, so looking forward to have a grappling roll with Tapout one day. (but happy i have some more time to be bit better prepared against him :- ) )

I had a fantastic, genuine submission match with wrestlinaddict We originally intended to keep things playful, but then his competitive spirit and ego took over, and he wanted to show me who will be the boss. Unfortunately, that attempt failed miserably, and he ended up having to submit to me completely.
The meetup was incredibly hassle-free and a ton of fun. I can highly recommend him—and we’re meeting up again for his revanche!😈💪⛓️‍💥

We had a match at the Wrestlefest EU (Berlin) 2026.

Oh SlovakLeo...where to even begin with you. My experience with SlovakLeo started well, well before stepping onto the mats. I had the honour and privilege of being invited to help him and his team with the planning for WrestleFest EU. From one organizer to another, his dedication and commitment to our community is truly unmatched! From our midnight brainstorming sessions to hours long calls to go over ideas, I think it's safe to say we've been through quite a lot together, and are both better for it.

Now, on the mats, I'm not gonna lie, I was expecting to fly back to Toronto in a body bag given his experience. Luckily, he was very adaptable and met me at my level. We had a very sweaty international match and, with a mix of slippery luck and him playing nice...well...I may have given him a reason for a round 2 in Toronto ;)
(I have a feeling my luck will run out pretty quickly next time).
That all being said, he an incredible coach and one of the most skilled fighters out there.

Overall, he's a truly inspiring human being and hopefully a friend for life. I can't wait to return the hospitality in July. You should be incredibly proud of everything you've built and the community you've created. I know we've been through a lot of ups and downs with planning our respective fests, but know your Canadian brother will always have your back.

To all the fighters out there, if you're lucky enough to cross paths with him, please give him a giant hug and a thank you.

Kotaro was great! It was super easy to meet up with him and I appreciate his flexibility with scheduling on a crazy vacation day in Taipei. He's easy on the eyes and fun to toss around, although if you get stuck in his pro holds, good luck :)

While N75wr was visiting Taipei, we quickly arranged a match together. Setting it up was very smooth, and he was a really nice person with great communication throughout. Before the match, I could already tell from his physique that he had clearly trained before. I kept getting trapped in his headscissors — he was very strong and incredibly quick with his movements, which made the match feel amazing.

I definitely want to keep improving my own headscissors technique, and next time I’m sure I’ll be able to make him tap out right away :))))

Highly recommend having a match with N75wr!

After spending a few days together during Wrestlefest, I finally decided to step onto the mats and wrestle Daniel during the open mat session on the last day. Looking back, I only wish I had worked up the courage to do it on day one! Daniel was incredibly friendly, approachable, and encouraging throughout the event, and his motivation gave me the confidence to give it a try.
As someone still relatively new to wrestling, I couldn’t have asked for a better opponent for my first Wrestlefest match. Daniel was respectful, patient, and knew exactly how to make the experience both challenging and enjoyable. He adjusted perfectly to my level while still giving me a proper workout and letting me experience some great wrestling exchanges.
I definitely don’t regret finally getting on the mats with him. It turned out to be one of the highlights of my Wrestlefest experience. If you’re considering wrestling Daniel, I can wholeheartedly recommend him. He’s a genuinely great guy, a skilled wrestler, and someone who helps create a fun, safe, and memorable match regardless of your experience level. I hope we’ll have the chance to wrestle again in the future!

Easy to communicate with. He kindly drove over to my place for a wrestle on my mats. Good solid muscled build, strong and gave me a good wrestling workout. Hoping to meet again. Well recommended

After talking for awhile, we surprisingly found ourselves in NYC at the same time for a match. Was a fun time wrestling Speedofighteradam and great guy to talk to afterwards. Look forward to round 2.
