GrapplingHB isn’t only one experienced and black belt. He has a very nice and relaxed personality. Always willing to teach and share his experiences with other newbies. I‘m very thankful, that we have him from time to time at the fight club and giving the 2 BJJ classes at the Einsteiger Club while WF eu in Berlin. Don’t need to say that I haven’t any chance to „win“ with my basic skills but I was absolutely a winner after our match at the open mats!! Don’t hesitate to go with him on the mats guys!!!!

Nettes Abholservice, interessante Unterhaltung, dann auf die 6 m2 Kampffläche. Intensive Mattenaction, bei der ich meinem Namen sieben Mal die Ehre machte und 2 Omoplata, 1 Straight Armbar, 1 Rear Naked Choke, 1 Americana und noch ein paar effektive Aufgabentechniken mehr wirksam einsetzen konnte. Schließlich Abendessen zum Ausklang. Hoffe, dass ich mit 61 auch so gut in Form bin! Der Junge hat Kampfgeist!
