This guy gave me one helluva Canadian welcome. A total squash job lol. He's pics are accurate, he is stacked with all muscle. He's a nice friendly guy but once he's on the mat his inner beast comes out. He can dish out the punishment and is tough to take down, highly recommended if you want a tough opponent. I was able to find his "Achilles heel" but even that wasn't enough to keep him off me completely. I look forward to taking him on again, and hopefully next time I can give him more of a challenge 💪🏿

The guy has multiple surprises under his belt. Firstly, he surprised me by how easy was to agree on meeting and travelling to me. Literally, it was so easy I didn't even believe I'd meet him.
Then he pulled out another "surprise" - he's a strong and powerfull wrestler. I mean that's not surprise sunce he has purple belt. But his fighting spirit is through the roof. He shown me some holds I didn't know I am capable to be in. But I surprised him too. I manage to sneak some taps from him. So I feel like winner.
Lastly, he's great off the mats, we talked a lot and I've shown him the city. He likes gyros apparently just for your instance.
If you ever around him, it'll be stupid if you don't fight him. I am hoping for a rematch 😄

First thing this guy did was help me parallel park my car and knew from that moment he was gunna be a stand up guy.

On the mats though, he’s as tough as they come, able to trap you in tons of holds and won’t let you out until he’s decided he’s had enough. But also found him self in my holds just as long and suffers in them just as good.

Over three hours of intense back n forth action punishing eachother, tap outs, 3 count pins, and tons of gear changes easily puts this guy in one of my top opponents. Lock up with him if you can you won’t be disappointed. A new friend and rival was made for sure!

Homme très sympathique et très bon lutteur. Il a de bons biceps mais quand on les lui touche ça le chatouille ! Il est très agréable, a de la conversation et il n'a pas fait le difficile quand aux repas que je lui ai préparé et suis prêt à lui rendre la politesse de la visite (je veux dire que la prochaine fois ce sera moi qui ira chez lui).

Bartek is a nice and strong opponent, who are really familliar with various wrestling techincs. I like to meet with this strong and intelligent bull, moreover we can discuss many topics too. Highly recommended and prepare for the rematch in Krakkow maybe.

Wrestlinger2009 made his trip to Delft today and I really didn’t want to miss the opportunity to have a good match with him. As you can read from his profile, he is a decent wrestler especially in freestyle wrestling. When I entered the room, everything was prepared. He brought a lot of his gear this time including several singlets of different national teams and a few pairs of nice wrestling shoes. And he looks really good in all those gears which also made the matches more interesting.

In our first round (submission wrestling), he put on a nice dark singlet with a pair of new fancy comic wrestling shoes and I was wearing my favorite red singlet with Chinese flag on it. The match suddenly felt so serious . And due to the big height and weight difference, he was very careful with all the moves. He did everything softly and gently and wouldn’t use his weight advantage against my body so I could keep rolling.

In our second round (freestyle wrestling), he put on the Dutch National team singlet and one of his beloved pair of wrestling shoes and me still with my Chinese one (🇳🇱vs🇨🇳). Since we both love freestyle so much and he has much more experience in this. So he coached me quite a few techniques and then we practiced a bit and then finally sparred. During the practicing and sparring time, he was also checking to make sure if I did all techniques correctly on him and being very patient to correct me if something went wrong.

How time flies! Our meet lasted 3 hours with a blink of eyes. He said he would coach me more in the future and I hope we could have our rematch soon on the real mats!!!

A spontaneous talk that started a fire.. after a quick chat we met up and I couldn’t stop myself and started grappling with him mid talk. As he is both resilient and nimble, had a wonderful times having my way with him while he kept taunting me further and further.
Fire in the fight and outside of it, you do not want to miss out on meeting him.

Been talking to Younggun for ages and it hasn’t been possible for us to cross paths in the past - I wasn’t sure that I’d have time to wrestle while in London but somehow we found a way to make it work so we could finally have a match. I’ve never had this much hype or build up for a match so I didn’t know if it’d live up to the expectations. Luckily, it turned out even better than I imagined somehow as younggun was first of all so kind and personable as well as a great host. His body was absolutely incredible and so was his strength, he looks even better in person so any guy should be keen to wrestle with him if they get the chance. His wrestling skills were top notch and if he wanted to he could’ve dominated me easily but he made the match fun yet so challenging. I couldn’t get him to tap but I was very close with a leg scissors. Huge recommendation from me and I can’t wait for when we can have a rematch, and I know I’ll get a tap out of him then ;)

I had the good fortune of meeting this brand new member of Meetfighters during a visit to Portland. He's strong and solid and can pretty easily overpower you. Since he's never wrestled before, he's not familiar with the wrestling terminology or submission skills, but he's eager to learn and definitely has the physique and strength to be very competitive. He also happens to be a very nice guy. I'm happy to be his first opponent here and to recommend him.

Oak Promis is a powerhouse. He's one of the biggest guys I've had the pleasure of taking on. His pictures don't do him justice, and he's even larger in person. While he's at the beginning stages of his bjj journey, in a few more months he's going to be an even bigger threat. On the mats he's tough as nails and doesn;t take it easy on you. Despite the size difference I never felt unsafe. Off the mats he's a great guy to have a chill conversation with. I would recommend having a match with him if you ever have the opportunity.
