Had a fun match with this fit guy. We tried a submission-style match and while I know he was new to the style, showed that he is strong, got good reaction speed, and can be a challenge to control. He has a very strong upper body and was very enjoyable wrestling for control with him. He's also easy to set up a match with and a nice guy too. Hope to have a rematch with him sometime.

Wrestled Imtiaz Ali couple of times now and is always very nice to roll with him. First time we met was on a Christmas day when he visited the Netherlands. We had a long wrestling session on my mats and had kind of Christmas dinner after. Later i met him in England in a meet he organised. Always nice to wrestle him: he has good technique and stamina. Active as organizer of fight meets (thanks for that!!). Apart from that also a good guy to talk with about various subjects. Surely one of my favorite (meet-)fighters. Wrestle him!!

KBOH is a mat veteran. Do not let his age fool you, he can wrestle! Very kind and great conversationalist off the mat as well.

I welcome rematches any time. He has a strong upper body. So be forewarned. Tangled again on the route home as well. Awesome and fun guy.

Smesh is an easy guy to communicate with.. we got some issues to meet because of jet lag.. it madre our match shorter than expected but not less funny than suggested... beside that it was all easy..
He got some good skills and strong arms, don't let him take your back for a second or you willl regret that.. he is a quick learner.. bow & arrow !
He got some great hands for neck massage, it really helped so much..
I am glad he got time to meet, hope we meet again in the future !

Super chilled and friendly guy .. strong and very skilled... a tactician for sure and a blue belt in BJJ which he let slip mid way through 💪🏾😂 Needless to say the odds were in his favour and mananged to work up a good sweat

It was a pleasure to have a match with one of the legends of Meetfighters. Tanker is a friendly chatty guy until he gets on the mats. His over 200 matches and far greater experience then put me in my place! Always safe and sane he certainly let me know who was the boss. We had some good physical bouts and he also showed me a few new moves. I can see why he is so highly recommended by all who meet him and I can only add my recommendation to those that have gone before. Hopefully see him again if he ventures back to his roots north of the border again.

Wir hatten schon viele Jahre Kontakt und durch die weite Entfernung war es diesmal umso cooler, als Marco in meiner Gegend für ein paar Tage war.
Daher hat es mit einem gemeinsamen Fight bei mir dann doch geklappt.

Der fight war schweißtreibend und die 2h waren sehr intensiv. Der Fun kam dabei aber auch nicht zu kurz.
Freu mich wenn es wieder mal klappt und in jedem Fall auf allen Ebenen empfehlenswert 😏

Foi um prazer conhecer o jjwrestler. Dá pra perceber que ele tem mais experiência porque sabe muito bem o que faz durante a luta e além do corpo definido também é um cara bonito. Como ele disse a nossa luta foi bem curta, mas espero encontrar logo com ele para termos um fight mais longo entre nós. Recomendo muito.

I had a really enjoyable match with oldscrapperderby yesterday at the Barnet matroom - which I can only say is a nice facility for wrestling. Fighting the first 3 rounds in jeans (then shorts) was a first for oldscrapperderby. For me the first was what this excellent wrestler taught me in some easy going rounds including one of pro-moves. The other rounds were more in earnest and I was lucky and pleased to draw 2 of them. It goes without saying that he won the rest. I don't know how I ended up on top on a couple of occasions (perhaps he let me?), but as he finished me off in the final round I felt compensated by how much fun it had all been. I strongly recommend him and if he challenges you go for it.
